“Horrible customer service. I have had 77 panels installed and 2 batteries over a 5 year period. I thought I could overlook some inconviencences and excuses because the company was small and I wanted to be loyal to a local owner. That has all backfired and my system has remainded in disrepair with warranty issues now waiting over 6 months and counting to get addressed. My battery backup failed during the last hurricane and I can't get anyone out after 4 weeks to figure out why. I have had 10 optimizers out for more than 6 months and I can't get it resolved. Look else where.”
