“MGE foolishly called to tell me at 540 pm that I need to get an electrician out to fix my mast the NEXT DAY! AFTER A WEEK OF EXTREME STORMS! This wasnt an emergency problem. This was the only electrician that took the initiative to talk to mge so they can schedule it together. Took two weeks but thats not a big deal if I still have power. The best part is not being spoken to like a dumb woman. This was super professional and respectful interaction that I wish I could give a 10 star review!”
