From start to finish, Mark was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and truly an asset to the company. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done right. The pricing was very fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. You can tell Mark genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. My Crafty Cabin is now perfectly comfortable, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. “I purchased an AC from Comfort Experts and had them put in an additional return. The salesman said they would unkink my duct work when they installed the AC and that never happened. Read the contracts line by line because they just rushed me through the paperwork and never told me a lien would be put on my house. The salesman said the installation manger would discuss with me where to put my new return and he showed up asking me where to put the return like I am the AC professional. The salesman ensured me they would put down floor protection and the extent of what they put down was a box under the ceiling when they cut it out. To top it all off I did not hear anything from the company until they wanted to come out and do an electrical inspection on my house. They have good lip service until they get their check then you won't hear from them.”

“After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming. He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.”
