“I DON’T recommend renting from them if you’re expecting your deposit back. I rented from Mr. White for 3yrs never had a problem until it was time to receive my deposit. I followed all the steps for the move out process and even paid out of pocket to have the apartment cleaned and they still deducted it from my deposit stating I left everything dirty except a ceiling fan. They didn’t even contact me about why I wasn’t receiving my deposit, they sent the letter to my previous landlord after I had made several trips to the office asking to speak to Mr. White or Mrs. White but kept getting told by their employees that they “didn’t have their contact information”. But I was later informed by one of the employees that Mr. White NEVER gives the tenant their deposit back.”
