“Garrett from Henry Mechanical was great at insuring our new Lennox mini split was fully explained and the system details were fully discussed through the installation. He adapted our systems placement to get the best aesthetic and functional use, and was very patient and considerate with questions being answered as well as sensitivity to the installation going in smoothly throughout the day with all the work it entailed. He went through the remote controls of operation at the end of the day and was very professional in all aspects of the work. I would highly recommend him as an employee that gets a multi tasked operation done in and outside of a customers home, our Mini split is much quieter than I expected and its complexity was dealt with very well. My home has very high vaulted ceilings and required a lot of up and down ladders, as well as special mounting needs, I am very impressed with his positive attitude and attention to details.”

“I had a problem with my a/c shutting off unexpectedly after a few minutes of run time. Andrew's evaluation of the a/c unit was very thorough and determined the compressor fan motor was drawing too many amps and overheating. Unfortunately he did not reconnect the fan motor and compressor to the correct capacitor terminals, resulting in too much current to the fan and not enough to the compressor. Andrew most likely reconnected the wires the way he found them. A competing HVAC professional spotted and corrected the error, which actually fixed my original issue with my fan overheating and shutting down. The fan now runs at the correct speed and the compressor runs much better now that it's got enough power.”

They showed up on time, were very professional, friendly, patient, kept us informed of their progress throughout the installation, and finished exactly when they said they were going to be done. They answered all of our questions about routine maintenance with me after the job was complete. We are very happy with their work and professionalism. “Ilia Mataradze was our HVAC Tech who we called to assess the health & remaining life of the unit on a commercial building we were under contract to buy. Ilia was timely, polite, thorough in his assessment and honest explanation of options, as well as follow up email and phone conversations to ensure I fully understood my options. Shout out to Bella & Sara in the office who are also always “on it” & ready to help. I’ll have Ilia do the recommended repairs to further the unit’s functional life and engage them for twice yearly check & maintenance. And now because of Ilia, I also know that Henry Mechanical does plumbing & electrical too! I definitely recommend these guys for HVAC👍🏼 I’ll review again once I experience their Plumbing & Electrical services.”

“I had an excellent experience with Brooks Robertson, a field supervisor for Henry Mechanical. A PG&E person inspected my old furnace and warned me in the morning that I needed a new furnace. I knew from previous research that Henry Mechanical specializes in furnaces for mobile homes and has excellent reviews, so I called them after PG&E left, and Brooks came out within two hours to give me an estimate. He was friendly and personable, completely professional, and straightforward. It was an easy process and a huge relief for me to get this decided and done with his help. Thank you, Brooks! Update: one week later the furnace and air conditioning unit were installed and the workers were completely professional, very focused and hardworking and and very friendly. It was all done in one day. A very positive experience in every way. And I'm very happy with the new furnace and A/C. This all happened in 7 days. Thank you very much Henry Mechanical!! Follow up review 7/2/26: Ricardo Mata, a technician from Henry Mechanical, came two mornings to work out some bugs with the new furnace and change the voltage for the air conditioner. He explained everything very patiently, was kind and friendly, and made everything right for me. He is experienced, knows what he is doing, has perfect customer service skills, and is a really nice person who respects the customer. I will request that he do all future work and maintenance if it's needed. I am so grateful to him! Thank you very much, Ricardo!”
