“Called Bradshaw Electric to see about having someone come out and give me an estimate on several electrical projects. Was told I'd get a call back to schedule an appointment. Didn't hear anything so I called back one week later. I was assured that I "was on the list" and that they'd be getting back to me, but they couldn't say how long that would take. That's been over 3 months and I've never heard from them.”

“Called to make appointment for them to connect electric ( the lines had been ran but we needed to have an electrician connect so electric company could turn ele. on ) in a small mobile house, we provided for an elderly may who lost his home to a fire, in May I was told they were booked until the fall... I found another electrician who came out the next evening and connected it in 15 minutes then, came back the next evening and did a safety check for the old guys piece of mind, since he lost his other home to a fire. The man was so grateful he gave him $400 for rescuing him. There are still people that care about others that are suffering or scared as this older gentleman was, unfortunately Bradshaw Electric isn't one of those...I guess they are just too big and important...but for sure the person who made that decision that they were too booked to help was sitting in an a/c office not sitting outside with a hand fan. It might be a service that Bradshaw should consider adding especially in special need situations such as a fire or the elderly....Texas gets pretty hot in the summertime !!”

“They came to update our electric panel and make room for an additional A/C unit. Upon leaving, I asked them why the breaker for the dryer wasn’t changed. I said that the dryer would catch on fire before the breaker flipped because the amps are too high. They agreed, but said they didn’t bother to change or fix it. We called the owner to discuss and get a quote for additional work. He never returned our call. He was paid in full and on time.”
