“Called on Friday at 4:45 explained their pricing and billing process in detail and told me unless I needed someone on Saturday they would call Monday to schedule an appointment. They called Friday about 20 minutes later. Set appointment for Monday after 12pm. Matthew, the service tech, called at about noon and indicated he would be here in about 20 minutes. This is the first company I have called for my GFI problem that actual listened to everything we had done so far and my never ending story. He then set about diagnosing the issue. He checked every outlet that is wired to the GFI and found one that had a loose negative line that was definitely a problem. He repaired that and then continued to check the remaining other outlets as well. He was finished in an hour and was very thorough ”

“Had a crazy power outage on the front half of my mobile home after trying to run my electric saw. Our upright freezer, full of frozen food, is on that circuit. I thought it might be the circuit breaker, but after replacing it, found out it wasn't that. Called D&H Electric and they sent Matthew right over. That young man was just awesome. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, hard working and very effective. He went to work aggressively tracing down the problem and finally found that a wire in one of the wall sockets was shorting out.
