I received a few other quotes from competitors and Mike was the only one open the systems up and notice my units were quite under sized for my home and noticed some other issues from the original install. He came back the next day with 7 options for me to choose from, all from "top of the line systems" to cheapest option. He gave me the pros and cons of the systems and added which ones could have air quality added. Some options would not fit in the previous locations. “Just another rude, overhyped local business. I gave two stars because they can ask to have one-star ratings removed. Based on my experience with them, they deserve 0 stars. My A/C went out Friday night and my landlord wasn’t getting back to me (it’s now Sunday afternoon). After two days of my family and myself being hot and miserable and getting by with just a swamp cooler, I reached out to Hansberger. The answering service was rude right off the bat. I told her I’m in a rental, that my landlord wasn’t getting back to me, my A/C had been out for two days, and I needed someone to please come check the unit out because it won’t turn on. Ruben and Ivan spent 10+ hours on install in one day and were super friendly, kept me informed during process. Staff in office also customer focused. Prices were fair and reasonable. Mike, a sales representative, came out with reasonable solution. He, too, was very friendly, but most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. He had a crew to our home, a new system installed and working in no time at all. Because the system was on the roof, the job required a crane service. The installers were polite, clean and respectful of our personal property. We are satisfied customers with our new Lennox system.”

“By far the best experience we've ever had with a HVAC company! We have an AC unit that is less than 2 years old which had not been cooling properly since it was installed. We dealt with two other companies that couldn't identify the problem and continued to misdiagnose the issue. Cam came into our home today and fixed the unit within minutes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and a great communicator. He walked us through what was wrong, options we had to fix the matter and solutions for short/long term. He also identified improper ducting and vent calibration as well. Hansberger will be the only company we use on our home, business and rentals going forward due to Cam!
