Their company representative Diego did a wonderful job listening to our questions and concerns along with, having the solutions vs pawning is off to someone else. ( tree removal and extra sturdy gate) Also, he was great a customer communication throughout the project. The two crew shifts were very respectful not only to us but our neighbor as well completing the work in a timely fashion ( they even without us asking put a temporary fence up so the dogs could run while concrete was drying). “Alexis and his team did a fantastic job with my fence. Within 3 days they removed my old fence and installed a cedar board on board fence. Even were very helpful with last minute adjustments with no issues. Very accommodating and great quality work. Highly recommend Update 4/9/2025: I’ll have to lower my review from 5stars to 3stars after about a year and a few months of having the fence and terrible customer service. We had a storm last month that caused 4-5 poles to become slanted, which then caused the fence to lean. I took pictures and called up the company to ask if they could send someone down to take a look and give me a quote on how much it would cost to readjust the poles. Not only did they not want to come out but they immediately started asking me how many new poles did I want to buy to replace them. I reiterated that I only need them adjusted and that the fence is only a year old and shouldn’t need replacing. They proceeded to say they could give 2 quotes, 1 for adjustment, and 1 for new poles. I asked if I could get someone down here like they did when I was a new customer. They said that they were busy and they would reach out when they free up in a few weeks. Ha”

“Terribly disappointing experience with A&O. Our initial interaction was quick and painless. Diego was able to squeeze in my quote same day and even came to the property. Upfront we discussed the 3 Rail flat top and ultimately decided on the aluminum option as Diego said they had plenty in stock because it was such a common fence, as well as this style not being made in iron(or so we were told). All is said and done we sign the quote, and were told if the down payment was paid by Friday they could have everything installed that next Wednesday. The payment was made timely and we were assured we were on the schedule for Wednesday. As our install date came, we have not heard anything from A&O until we made calls around 10 Am. Diego failed to answer or return our calls so we called the office number and spoke to daisy, one of the project managers. She informed me the material was not in stock and that they would use different suppliers to provide the material to complete the job. My wife, father in law (who drove from San Antonio) and my self all took off work to see the project complete and to be able to answer to any questions in real time.
