Garage Tec Automatic Gates & Garage Door Repair

Garage Tec Automatic Gates & Garage Door Repair operates as a fence contractor and garage door supplier out of Arlington, Texas. The business handles residential garage door repairs, new door installs, opener work, torsion spring service, panel replacements, off-track realignment, and maintenance tune-ups. On the commercial side they cover overhead doors, rolling steel doors, access control gates, security gates, and gate openers. They also install and repair driveway swing, sliding, and automatic gates for both homes and facilities. The company lists same-day availability across North and Central Texas and keeps regular hours seven days a week.

Rafael handled most of these visits and was described as arriving inside an hour, diagnosing the issue on sight, completing the fix in thirty to forty-five minutes, and leaving the area clean. Other technicians named in reviews include Arthur, who handled after-hours calls and annual service, Danny for spring replacement, and Ian for punctual issue resolution. Reviewers noted fair pricing, clear explanations of options, and no pressure to buy unneeded parts. One review mentioned a two-day delay and a track that did not line up properly.

The business answers calls quickly and often schedules same-day or next-day appointments. Reviewers said technicians arrived within the stated window, sometimes early, and communicated clearly about the work and cost. Service covers Arlington and surrounding areas in North and Central Texas. Reviewers mentioned competitive pricing, transparent bids before work began, and thorough walkthroughs of what was done. The company maintains a claimed Google profile that lists fence contractor, repair service, and welder among its categories.

The Google rating stands at 4.9. Most reviews praise fast response times, Rafael’s direct diagnosis and clean work, and honest pricing on spring and opener jobs. A smaller number of reviews mention Arthur and other technicians for similar quick, professional results. One review described delays and an installation that did not align.

“Spent two days trying to get my garage door fixed and always had excuses why it couldn’t get done. Would leave to job and Not tell anybody he was leaving. Wanted to charge for parts that didn’t even repair the door refused to leave the premises when I asked him to leave. Not sure they are familiar with fixing garage doors. Put in a new track and it didn’t even line up And blamed it on the customer rollers, these are same rollers I purchased from Lowe’s”
