“Seth was great to work with as he patiently answered every question as we considered different fence styles available for replacing our old fence. The quote was timely and fair. The crew that built our fence was friendly, on time, efficient and completed the project in the time they said they would. They also took great care to not damage our many plants in the work area, which was much appreciated! They cleaned up after themselves and left the site looking as we expected. “Justice was very timely on providing a quote for repairs to my fence after a storm in the winter (Feb 2022, I believe). Based on needed repairs, we needed to wait until the ground was thawed for the repairs to occur as broken posts needed to be dug up and replaced. When the estimate was written, Justice thought I needed a special post size that is not available locally, so I waited 2 months for the special order to come in. When the custom materials arrived, Justice came out immediately to complete the repairs. However, it turned out my fence did not require custom sized materials and they did not have the correct materials. The crew was professional and kind about the mix-up, but I worried that my fence repair would go to the bottom of Justice's schedule - possibly months out - at a point they could fit my repair in again with the correct materials. I anticipated a call from the office the next day and didn't get one - instead the crew showed up that next morning and finished all the repairs! (May 2022) It is clean and sturdy and looks great, and there wasn't a mess to clean up after. Justice performs quality work and provides good customer service. They updating me along the ”

“These people are genuinely the worst drivers. In the past 6 months, I can recall getting cut off or put in a dangerous situation by these people driving a company truck. My first encounter, I was hauling at almost 50mph on the dirt part of Latson Road as they tailgated me to eventually be passed in a company truck up a hill by them going almost 70mph. Another time i was in there blind spot and they nealy hit me and then this morning they pulled out in front of me, forcing me to slam on my brakes to almost a complete stop. No, you have never done work for me but you and your people drive recklessy with no remorse.”

“UPDATE: After I left this review, the fence was scheduled to be installed the following week. :-) I am updating my review from 1 to 3 stars because the installation done by Tony specifically was great. Tony was very knowledgeable and communicated well throughout the entire process. 5 stars to Tony & his crew. Unfortunately, the wrong gates were ordered, so I am waiting another 5+ weeks to get the correct gates put in but the current ones function fine in the interim. -------------------------------- I try really hard to give companies the benefit of doubt. However, I put a deposit down August 6 and was told 4-5 weeks timing from date of deposit to install. It is now 10/9. I have called many times. I was told last week in September, then no one called or showed. I was then told maybe towards end of October? Seriously? When I was upset about this, I was then told they would quickly look at the schedule this past Monday and call me. It's Thursday and I haven't been contacted. I was told that commercial jobs are the issue. If these are priority, then do not take residential clients or communicate effectively on the delay. I would absolutely not recommend Justice Fence at this poin”
