“If you want your fence to look like this, go with these guys. I literally pulled the footer out by hand on the center post. My fence was like this 4 months after it was installed. The man’s name who came out and quoted my fence was “Ismail”. The last “resolution” he came up with was for me to pay darn near what the fence had cost originally so they could come and fix it. Since then it’s been nothing but “We have new owners” or “We are so sorry about this we are better than that.” Some guy came out from the new owners once and I never heard back. I’ve called several times since and nothing. They don’t honor the warranty or stand behind craftsmanship. Also they tacked on $200 while doing the job for rot boards, to “make it level with the neighbors” even though the guy doing the quote had measured everything.”
