“BUYER BEWARE! I ordered and paid for a wrought iron gate with an opener for the purpose of keeping my dogs in my back yard and to add security to my residence. I paid $1100. They came out and measured and brought the gate. They measured wrong and it was a few inches short. He said he could fix it so the next day he brought back a couple of pieces which he added with screws. They promptly fell off and they gate will not even close. They left a huge mess of concrete where they dug to set the post. The bars are about 12" apart and my 12 lb dogs can walk right through it. he added a few extra bars, but the welding is very shoddy. It immediately started rusting out. We made two appointments to talk to him about redoing the fence, but they made excuses for not being able to keep the appointments. Now they will not answer our calls. He promised to come back and add an opener. There is no way an opener can be added. The gate drags the concrete and we are having to use a bunge to close it. He didn't even use iron, it is cheap aluminum which he didn't even prime before he sprayed it black. The paint is flaking off and rusting. They give no address on their website or on th”

“Paid $1600.00 for a custom gate that does not fit our opening. The track that was laid isn’t long enough so the gate doesn’t open all the way. It isn’t painted in several spots. Several of the welds on the panels are detached due to sub par welding. The gate leans and is just over all poorly constructed. We have reached out several times to both owners with no response. It has been several months trying to get this one gate and then we get this. We were shown an iPad full of gorgeous gates which I now believe he just stole Other people’s pictures because our gate looks nothing like what he showed us he could do. Do not use this company!!!”
