“SGD made the experience of having to replace this garage door so absolutely smooth and effortless. They were outstanding.They showed up at ten o'clock at night to help me fix the old door to get it secured so we could get through the night. Then in just over a day the new door was installed Lucky for me, they had the door that I wanted in stock and was able to get it up. And installed quickl. kudos to Eli, and Santo.. They were absolutely amazing. I love the new setup I have. I got at the top of the line. An 18 foot door expensive But boy, is it worth it. I love it.. It's super quiet, you can't even hear the motor you can hardly even hear the door move its so quiet and does not feel flimsy at all, like the old door and the garage feels more secure. These guys were great super professional and super fast, and they install was flawless. I would highly recommend them. They did most of the install while I wasn't even home. He explained in detail what should be done with all technicality in it, I did not believe him that’s typical me and cross verified with my neighbor and he told the exact same thing. “Terrible experience, particularly with a manager I will call "B". Didn't meet in person but the tech called him about our situation. In short, they didn't stand behind their work, and while I can't speak about anybody else, the "B" guy sounds unhinged to the point that he was cursing and threatening that if I didn't have them do the work that should have been covered under warranty but they refused to cover under warranty, the garage door cables would snap and fall and kill one of my kids. That's not a normal thing to say just because we're not in agreement about what should be covered or shouldn't. I'm not saying he is this type of person but he definitely sounded like the type of person who would try to make that happen just to say I told you so and for that reason, I'm filing a police report in advance because if any weird thing happens with my garage door or house, I'd be relatively certain that "B" had something to do with it out of spite. I'm almost 50 years old and have never even thought to do something like that before in my life. That's how much of a lunatic this guy sounded like (If they deny it, ask to hear the recording of our conversation - they said at the beginning”

“Harrison was very professional & nice. I called just for an estimate & I was going to shop around however Harrison was polite and did not speak down to me or ask to speak to the man of the house like with previous men that have come out to my house for other house projects. He did not try to take advantage price wise either. He explained prices and gave me multiple options. He was not pushy at all. My experience with this company and its employees has been excellent. Highly recommend them. Even when I called in to office, or dealt with guys that came to install the door and dealing with accounting, every step has been extremely easy, friendly & refreshing. “I had a very frustrating customer service experience with Supreme Garage Door Repair after they replaced my garage door opener. The opener technically worked, but I had to be within 5–10 feet of the garage for my vehicle’s HomeLink system to open the door, and many times it would not open at all, which is unacceptable behavior for a brand-new opener. After reporting the issue to customer support, I experienced two scheduled service appointments where the technician never showed up. I repeatedly received apologies from the support team, but no follow-up or resolution. At one point, they even told the issue was likely my vehicle rather than the opener, despite not having this issue with the old opener and nobody from the company inspecting or troubleshooting the problem firsthand. That said, after weeks of back and forth with support and ultimately speaking with the owner, he sent a technician, Harrison New, out to address the problem, and Harrison was excellent. Harrison quickly demonstrated that my vehicle was not the issue before doing any work and explained that the problem was likely related to LiftMaster’s newly released Security+ 3.0 receiver technology. He replaced it with ”
