Fencing Pros NW

Fencing Pros NW takes on fencing work around Clackamas. Mike and Joe handle the projects, which include full fence replacements, storm damage repairs, cedar panel installs, picket fences around water features, and enclosures for horse pastures. They also set posts in metal for added durability on slopes and in wooded spots, plus builds tied to retaining walls. Reviewers mention three separate fencing jobs on one property where the crew kept a clean appearance despite the terrain challenges.

Customers describe repairs that started within a week after a section blew off in high winds and finished the same day. Others note new fences built to exact styles requested, with materials swapped to match budgets without changing the overall goal. One job involved quick material pickup and steady work through rain to wrap up on schedule. Deck work shows up in a few accounts too, with the same crew delivering on timeline and price.

Mike tends to return calls fast and arrives when promised, while Joe handles quotes and scheduling that often land inside a week. Prices land lower than nearby outfits according to several accounts, and communication stays steady from bid through completion. Hours stay flexible enough for homeowners with lots of questions, though payments stay limited to cash or check. Most jobs start within three weeks and finish in a single day once underway.

The Google rating sits at 4.6 from 19 reviews, where recurring notes cover solid quality, fair bids, and reliable timing alongside a couple complaints about fence gaps and short responses from the crew. DIRT Score 3.7 from 19 reviews on Finds.

“We had a wonderful experience with Fencing Pros NW and highly recommend them. Mike returned our call right away, came out quickly to look at the project, and provided a very reasonable bid. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our fence. They were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. They built a beautiful fence using metal posts, which will help it last much longer than a traditional wood-post fence. The quality of their work is excellent, and it is clear that they take pride in what they do. Mike and his team are true craftsmen. We are thrilled with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend Fencing Pros NW to anyone looking for a high-quality fence and great customer service.”

“They did a fantastic job. Very professional and great communication. I highly recommend Fencing Pros NW.”

“Mike did a great job building my fence. It’s exactly what I wanted! He was great to communicate with, return calls and showed up to the job site when he said would. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.”

“Section of my fence flew off during storm. Joe was quick to respond and provide a quote. Got me scheduled in for a repair date within a week. Completed the repair all in one day. Everything was quick, easy, painless. Thankful and would recommend them to others.”

“Joe and Mike did an amazing job on my deck! These guys gave me a great price and efficient timeline. I am going to love spending time out on the deck grilling! Would recommend for your deck project!!”

“My experience with Fencing Pros NW was exceptionally positive. The quality of their work is excellent. Further, the bid was very fair and they worked with me to adapt materials in order to fit my budget, without sacrificing the goal of the project. They were extremely timely in procuring materials, and worked hard through inclement weather to complete the project efficiently. I had three different fencing projects on the property- including a horse pasture, a picket fence around a water feature, and a cedar panel fence to enclose our backyard. They navigated difficult terrain and somehow managed to create a clean look, in spite of the slopes and challenging forest environment. Communication was thorough throughout the process, they were sensitive to my preferences, adapted plans as needed, and were excellent problem solvers. They customized cuts to create gates that are both functional and aesthetically attractive. The woodworking was impressively precise. I am beyond pleased with the work, I have only good things to say about this team. I plan to seek their help again when we plan for our next horse shelter and pasture addition.”

“I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Fencing Pros NW. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of atrocious. I worked with Joe and Mike, who were both unprofessional and seemingly uninterested in providing quality service. Firstly, Joe was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain my needs. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by simply listening. Mike, on the other hand, seemed completely incompetent. He didn't follow the instructions I gave and made numerous mistakes that caused significant delays. To make matters worse, when I called their office to address these issues, the person on the phone was unbelievably rude. As I was introducing myself and explaining the problem, he hung up on me as if I were trying to sell him something. This level of customer service is unacceptable and disrespectful. I will never use Fencing Pros NW again and I strongly advise others to avoid them. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable company.”

“So stoked about my new fence from Fencing Pros NW ! They were super cool and easy to deal with from the get-go. The fence looks great, and they finished when they said they would. Totally worth it and would totally recommend them!”

“My Fence turned out amazing! They are quick and convenient, they had way better prices than all other businesses in the area. Very professional people and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to get fencing done. Thanks for the beautiful fence guys!!!”

“We can't thank Fencing Pros/Mike and Joe enough. We had A LOT of questions about building on our retaining wall, and they were always quick to respond. Extremely professional and helpful in the decision making process. Highly recommend!”

“Couldn’t be more pleased. They got the exact style I wanted for half the price of other fencing companies. Highly Recommend!”

“Save your money. This was supposed to be a tight privacy fence. The boards are now more than a 1/4 inch apart and I can see straight through to my neighbors yard which is what I was trying to avoid. Yes the price was reasonable, but I guess you get what you paid for. Yes they did was started within 3 weeks and done in one day, please keep in mind they do not tell you ahead of time that it is cash or check only, no credit card or over the phone payments. They did do what I asked, but the boards used were cheap or so soaked before hand for this much shrinkage to have taken place. Very disappointed”

“Mike and Joe came out and did build a really good looking fence in my back yard. Easy to work with, flexible hours and high quality work. Best in town. Would recommend.”
