“We are extremely happy with the fencing provided by Town and Country Fence Company. In 2023, deer went over and under our homeowner-installed fencing and harmed many of our fruit trees. We contacted Town and Country Fence Company because we knew we needed professionals. Troy and Thor came to our home, surveyed the area, and within a couple of days, provided us with drawings and a proposal for 8-foot heavy duty fencing for both of the fruit tree areas on our property. We felt that the drawings and proposal were professional and fair, and we hired them for the project. Thor took the lead and kept us apprised of all work being accomplished, any changes in scheduling, and he periodically came and reviewed the project as it was being done. His communication was outstanding. When the project started, Manny, the project supervisor, and Ramon came to our home, and they were polite and professional, plus they left our old fencing in place so the deer would not get into the fruit tree area while they were working on the project. “Why would you go to other fence companies when you have a reputable company making customers happy for years in the pnw. Hurry before the summer starts because they're already busy working hard!”

“I manage an apartment building and we used T&C to make fencing gate improvements. The install work didn't go smoothly, took about twice as long as estimated. The onsite workers gave out confidential information to unauthorized people. Once the project was complete, the product has broken repeatedly and contacting a human to arrange for repair has been a nightmare. Ultimately the company told us to find another vendor to fix their work which we will have to pay for out of warranty. Not a good experience.”

Everyone I dealt with from Thor, who estimated the job, to Frank and Alex, who installed the fence were great to work with. The job was done earlier than expected and in very professional manner. “Becareful with this company, because of the drivers I will never get work done with them. As luck this incident occurred today! I was looking for fencing on my home, and the funny story I was on my way with another fencing company prior the incident so the drivers decided to give a bad name and reputation to the company, they almost crash my car on 205 threatened me to impact my car from behind. I switched lanes so they can pass me to evítate arguments or road rage but they decided to go behind me, as there was a lot of traffic I couldn’t go faster so they where very close to me. We took an exit and they flipped me over, as we were driving I got close to them and they started to say racist comments due to me having and accent, that I felt very disrespectful. They almost impacted a black car that was turning left, and I have videos and proof of their bad actions.”

“Be sure to check Yelp, there a lot of horror stories there. They came out quick to do the bid and said they would send us a bunch of estimates for the ideas both my partner and I as well as that Mike had for the project. Then crickets... No response to any form of contact. Wasted our time. It's also very telling they never respond to any of their reviews either.”

“After setting up an appointment to get a repair bid, the person fails to show saying they had something come up on another job that needed his attention costing me a days pay for taking the day off to meet with them. Then not hearing back from them for more then a week I called to scheduled another day and they finally showed up. But then after a week and a half of no contact I call to find out what the bid was and they tell me they are too busy to do anything for me. Very bad customer service. Looking elsewhere.”

“An individual employed by this company, James Fleck who was also my adoptive father, subjected me to years of horrific abuse during my childhood. His wife Samia Fleck I would say was the one calling the shots on how to “punish” me. Mind you during these years I was between the ages of 6-10. Behind closed doors, my childhood was filled with cruelty, neglect, humiliation, and unimaginable suffering. My experiences included being zip-tied to poles and furniture, being confined inside an animal-feeding cage for extended periods regardless of weather conditions, being locked in my bedroom, and being forced to crawl on the floor. I was deprived of proper food to the point that baby formula was used to keep me alive. There were locks placed on the refrigerator, and I was forced to perform chores for extended periods. I was also subjected to degrading treatment, including being hosed down as a means of bathing and being forced to run up and down a driveway, sometimes naked and regardless of the weather. Perhaps most devastatingly, I was sexually abused by his oldest son Dennis Fleck who is serving time as I type this in Clackamas County for approximately three years inside their home. R”
