“Thank you Gary for the beautiful work that your company did on my bedroom and bathroom. In a matter of weeks you gave my home the refresh it’s needed for years. I will definitely call you for all of my home remodeling and repair needs in the future.”

“Expert Maintenance Solutions did an awesome job on my home! I wanted to convert my attached garage into a formal dining room and they were able to make that happen! I love how it turned out! Gary and his crew were very professional, courteous, and were able to get the job done in a timely manner. Although another proposal was slightly less..I went with Expert Maintenance Solutions because of their professionalism and years of experience. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their home or business.”

“Expert Maintenance Solutions replaced a floor in my bathroom that was collapsing. Gary, was always reachable and gave updates throughout the repairs being made. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable when it come to all home repairs. Thank you for the excellent job done on my bathroom floor.”

“Gary and Dillon did a complete hardie board siding, 10 window install. Refurbished a pergola and replaced the front fencing with gates. The finished project is exceptional. Everything he put on paper was delivered. If he was late or delayed he would call or text. If he discovered an unseen problem, before proceeding he would inform me, present options to resolve it and discuss if it would incur an additional cost. Even when I requested a few extra jobs, Gary was very receptive and presented a fair proposal. I was updated on work progress on a daily basis. He's very transparent in all his work. He and Dillon are very professional and very respectful in conversation. I fully recommend him as a contractor and I have already discussed future projects with him.”

“Gary and his crew completed several projects on my Corpus Christi Townhome in 2018-19. These included replacement of exterior siding, stucco walls and painting. Interior trim around newly installed windows was also installed and painted. Results looked great and were completed in a timely manner. Gary and his crew were professional and considerate. They even helped one day by assisting me with the installation of a very heavy mirror and on another day by hauling away some old furniture and debris. They aim to please.”

“We have utilized Expert Maintenance Solutions for three separate projects in our home and completely satisfied. All work for each project was completed in a timely manner and the crew did an outstanding job. We are extremely pleased with the final project and would recommend Expert Maintenance Solutions to anyone who is looking for a company that delivers quality service.”

“Gary with Expert Maintenance did a fantastic job with our siding repair and AC Unit repair. He is very professional and works very fast. We were very satisfied with his work.”

“Expert Maintenance Solutions treated our "small job" as if it were a top priority! We needed a TV hung above the fire place, as there was no previous wiring. EMS installed cable connections, and even USB connections through our walls into a nearby closet. Our DVR was out of sight, as were any cables for a DVD player. They're professional, swift, hard working, and did the job thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this friendly company to my closest relative!!”

“Gary and his crew have been remarkable, very easy to talk with, will answer all your guestions, very reasonably priced, very professional in their work ethics’s, the only problem I have with them is that I can’t take them with us! Fantastic job Gary and the guys. Would highly recommend Expert Maintenance to anyone who is looking for quality work from a very experienced team.”

“Contracted Gary to paint our decking around our pool. He was responsive and reasonable in his price with the times we are in. His crew are respectful, professional and come on time. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Gary, you and your crew have a mind for detail and are savvy problem solvers! You got the job done and did it right the first time! I truly recommend your Company to anyone. Great job EMS! ~ D. Thomas”

“Being a repeat customer I cannot recommend this company any more. After 3 weeks later and 4 appointments (company set up) work is still not done. Having my own company, past and present for 40+ years--this is not the way to handle business!”

“I would absolutely welcome back Expert Maintenance solutions for any and all future projects. The crew was professional and efficient , excellent work!”

“Did a very good job, very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone”
