“I had arranged for someone to come to my home and give me a quote. The night they were supposed to be there they called and said they had broken a water main on another job and could not come they would come the next day at the same time which was 5:30 the next day rolls around no one calls no one shows up I waited until 6:00 even though I had more important things to do”

“I contacted Eugene Fence Co. on June 6th. I text Austin my address for a fence estimate, we scheduled for the 11th at 4:30pm. He messaged me at 3:30pm on the 11th saying he had to reschedule. I said that was fine and asked if later that week would be better, and as a write this review on the 24th of June, I have yet to receive a response, so we have decided to do business with *CASCADE CREST* instead who’s communication has been great for over a month and a half while I was TRYING to get other estimates. Had there been an emergency or something I would be more than understanding, but the fact that I just wasn’t responded to at all by Austin who I reached out to originally, or anybody else within the company I find extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. “Called Austin inquiring about a consultation for a fence in my backyard that got knocked over/damaged by some friends being rowdy. I didn’t know if the fence was going to need to be replaced or repaired. Austin was able to stop by the next morning to check out the damage and had a quote for me by the end of the day. Other fencing companies weren’t able to come by until a few days later except for one. With the fence down, my backyard was exposed (which is something you do not feel safe about in Eugene).
