“We are very pleased with the professional work 1A Construction did building our new Mailbox. Alan Merton was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking the design and scheduling the installation. We wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future. Thanks 1A Construction and Alan, The Ferguson Family”

“I have used 1A Construction for all my storm and General house related repairs for years and they have not failed to impress. Not only was their pricing competitive for my most recent full garage door installation needs, but they were also the fastest in scheduling the repair. My garage door was damaged Thursday, Feb 16th, 2023 and by Friday, they had a quote to me. We scheduled for Monday morning at 8:30 am and the repairs were completed before 11:00 am, fully installed and set up. The other companies said they couldn’t even get someone out to look at the damage until Monday. I’d used 1A Construction for my roofing and gutter repairs a few years back, and will continue to request quotes from them for my upcoming repair and maintenance projects. I have been very satisfied with the work performed, and with the quality and professionalism of the tradesmen they utilize.”

“I worked with Alan to have roof put on my pergola, staining of privacy fence and pergola, brick retaining wall repair and installation of gutters. The work was promptly completed and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1A Construction and will be using them for my future projects.”

“Alan Merton and his crew from A1 Construction put a new roof on my house two weeks ago. From the boss down to the workmen, they were professional, kind and pleasant to work with. I appreciate that they did a great job in a very timely manner and that Alan made himself available to answer questions. Alan also met with the insurance adjuster as the adjuster made his walk-through. And worked with him throughout this process. I highly recommend this company and I will call them again the next time I need a remodel or repair on my home.”

“We had a great experience with 1A Roofing and Construction, so much that after the first round of general repairs and sections of roof replacement, we call them again for the exterior paint and others items. It was important to us to work with someone who we could trust and who communicates clearly. Alan and Lorenzo were a pleasure to work with, their attention to detail and dedication were impressive. We recommend 1A Roofing and Construction to anyone, you won't be disappointed!”

“We had a great experience with I-A construction. Alan was highly recommended to us by my brother, and he definitely did not disappoint. Alan was a consummate professional from the very first day we met. He was punctual and delivered everything we agreed upon without any hitches. He promptly answered all my queries and concerns either by text or phone or email. He always kept the job site clean after a work day. We too will recommend him to anybody who is looking for an excellent contractor.”

“We would highly recommend 1A Construction. Alan and his team were professional from the beginning to the very end. He replaced some rotten facia on the exterior of my house, replaced all the gutters, painted the exterior of the house as well. He also replaced some damaged roofing being careful to match existing shingles. The things we appreciated the most about Alan and his team was the attention to detail, excellent quality of work, communication, and reliability. He did it right, didn’t cut corners and delivered as promised. He even guided me on my choices of paint color which ended up being the right choice and made my house look awesome. We are so happy we picked them and will recommend them to friends as well as would use them again if the need arises.”

“Alan came to my home the same day I messaged him on Facebook. He gave me an estimate and would've repaired my roof that day, but he couldn't find the shingles at my local hardware store. We setup a date and time for him to be back and he was here on-time. He stayed true to his estimate and I was so impressed with his work that I asked for another project estimate. I'll definitely be using 1A Roofing & Construction in the future. Thank you!”

“Experienced a catastrophic material collapse of a brick mailbox. This phenomenon is not readily understood nor researched . However thanks to 1A Construction the rebuild was performed the next working day. Fair estimate, one call and xfer of payment. Like stepping back through a time portal. Thanks guys!! Hopefully I won’t be needing you again, but just in case your my time warp brick fixers. 5 Stars.”
