“am filing this complaint because I am extremely disappointed with the service and workmanship provided by Stand Strong Company. Our original agreement was for the installation of two gate doors and one sliding gate. After the project began, we were told that the agreement only included one gate and that we would have to pay additional money for the second gate. This was not our understanding of the agreement, and we had already paid based on the original estimate. The estimate was provided by Aaron. We trusted his explanation and pricing when deciding to hire the company. We originally agreed to install an electric gate. However, only a few days later, we were informed that the cost had increased significantly. My husband and I could not afford the higher price, so we were told that a solar-powered sliding gate would be a suitable alternative. We relied on that recommendation and moved forward with the project. Unfortunately, the solar gate worked for only one day before it stopped functioning. We were then told that Aron would no longer be handling our project and that Chris would take over. Chris informed us that he was out of state, so we waited until he returned. He stated that”

“The fence looks amazing. The crew had to stop after the first day due to rain, but as soon as the weather let them continue, they were right back out and knocked it out in a single day. The atmosphere in the backyard has completely transformed. The space feels private finally and honestly you could call this the introvert’s special it just feels awesome back there now. Not only does the fence look great, the planning helped us figure out how to best incorporate the new retaining wall and I couldn’t be happier with that plan and how the retaining wall came out. I will say my favorite part of the fence is the new gate. It looks great on the outside and they were forced to use the older piece of wood from the previous gate that’s not coming off the brick part of the wall, and yet you can hardly tell it’s there. In fact from inside you can’t even tell there is a gate there outside the fact the spring is there. I bet you can’t see where the gate opens in the second picture showing the inside of the gate. It’s seamless and just really stands out with how good the crew was that put up the fence. I give this 10 out of 5 stars. Great company and great service all around:”

“Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Project Management I started this fencing project in August, and unfortunately, the overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. My biggest issue has been the lack of communication and proper project management throughout the process. I constantly found myself having to reach out for updates instead of receiving proactive communication from the company. For a project of this size and cost, I expected much better. What was particularly disappointing was my experience with the assigned project manager. Throughout the entire process, he never once came out to meet with me, never proactively called to provide updates, and never checked in to see how things were progressing.
