“Our landscaping was in desperate need of work. After waiting for 3 weeks for the scheduled job, only 2 workers were sent to complete the job of trimming all plants in multiple beds back to what they should look like, pulling a multitude of weeds and mulching. The workers spent 10 hours working, and when I looked at the beds the next morning I saw plants trimmed poorly, mulch placed on top of weeds that were not pulled, full sized plants that should have been removed left intertwined in bushes and mulch so thin in places that the weed barrier sheets could still be seen. I called that morning to address the concerns with no response. I then emailed a week later detailing the concerns. A supervisor came days later to look at the work and no feedback was given. A week later I was told the supervisor said everything on the property looked normal. I was then told if I thought there were issues they might be able to send a crew but had no idea when or if they could send the crew out. Disappointed is an understatement.”

“I only used them for two transactions: mow/edge/trim and top soil. The rating is subjective and is my opinion...but the pictures don't lie. We recently moved into a new house with a freshly sodded yard and sprinklers. The grass looked nice but the ground was uneven. Unfortunately I recently tore my ACL and could not do the work myself. I could have had the neighbor kid do it but thought I'd have the pros come do it and do it right, so I hired Liberty Lawn Care. I regret that. The mow was fine but the "edging" was not done with an edger but with a trimmer, ala a gas station sidewalk. It was uneven and looked worse than before it was done. But I already had them scheduled to add some top soil to even out the ground and thought I'd see that through. The soil they used was rocky, clumpy, not raked in well, and just plain dumped in some places. When I complained they thanked me for the email and said they would, "pass this on to the crews for training purposes." Thanks for that. ...the neighbor kid was the better option.”

“Do you like weeds? Well, this is how you keep weeds and pay a ton. Tagline: You get what you pay for - they're cheap, not customer-centric and goodness gracious their support line might as well go to the dead letter office (for those folks who remember the post office) Longer explanation: They were decent, up until they weren't. I don't complain about cost and admittedly I went with Liberty because I just needed a lawn care service to avoid HOA fees / I work 24/7 and never get the time to do lawncare. Spoiler: The story ends tragically. They were.... relatively decent up until February when I was recovering from surgery. I specifically asked them to weed the front yard, and lo and behold they showed their hand. They completely ignored 1/3 of my front yard and then blamed it on me. What's even worse is that when I called them they only emailed me (no attempt at calling or customer reconciliation) and then blamed it on my clear instructions. Weed front yard - It's not rocket surgery (hopefully someone likes dad jokes there) They blatantly discounted my voicemail about the front yard (they literally ascribed water as an incredible weed growth accelerator, thanks Susan - maybe you”

Lewis I spent $5500 having a new sprinkler system and new sod installed at my home in April 2015. Here are just a few of the issues: *No Invoice or Receipt was given to me, showing the Warranty terms or anything else for that matter. I asked repeatedly, but all I received was information by email. Strange. *There was no Owners Manual for the sprinkler system in English provided to me. I didn’t even know what kind of SYSTEM I had so finding one online proved to be impossible. *I had to ask for training on the system repeatedly, Jeff not really interested in doing that, and then blaming me for not “understanding it all” within a 5-minute training session. *The sprinklers increased my water bill significantly over my own watering, which was a LOT. You would think that advising a homeowner of this in advance would be paramount, but that would require insight and integrity on the installer’s part. Something like this should be in the proposal, or at least, in the Warranty terms that I would sign (if there were any?) *The”

“I had hired Sprinkler Medics, sprinkler company to replace a soaker system to a drip system. When doing so they connected two zones to run at the same time. After several return visits I was informed that a motor needed replacing and once done all zones would work correctly. This was untrue as their own repair man repaired the problem without me having to buy a new $300 motor. They still did not correct the two zones from running at the same time. Jeff Neely, owner of Liberty Lawn Care came an within an hour corrected the electrical wiring for the two zones to run independently. He also checked all 8 zones to make sure they were working properly and were spraying correctly. eff gave me a detailed written report of how he handled each and every zone....that you don't get every day!”

“Liberty Lawn Care has been in our neighborhood for many years. We first hired them to trim our trees, and they did a wonderful job! Our trees are very healthy and look very majestic and full! The latest freeze happened a few short weeks afterward (2023), and Liberty's excellent trimming job kept our trees from losing more than one or two very small branches. It was awesome! We decided to hire them to install a drip irrigation system in both our front and backyards and in all of our garden areas, as well as having them install sod in our front yard. They did an AMAZING job! Their technicians are knowledgeable, personable, prompt, thorough, helpful, and very friendly. All of the work was completed in a timely and thorough manner, and all of the new equipment was set up for us and explained to us. Our yards look beautiful, AND we no longer need to worry about losing our plants due to lack of water in the hot Texas heat! AND since it's an underground system, none of the water is wasted! They cleaned up after each session of work, leaving our grounds looking clean even during the "work in progress" phases of the job. We were so pleased and impressed with their work that we hired them”

“Quality care and extra services: I have acreage property there in Liberty Hill. Liberty Lawn Care have maintained my property acceptionally while charging a reasonable price for two years, now. After the ice storm they removed fallen limbs. I saw negative responses, my opinion it takes time to improve a lawn and to know the owner's preferences. I would recommend them to others.”

“I have been a client of Liberty Lawn Care for the past 6 years and I have had nothing but top-notch service! After going through a myriad of different "professional" lawn care providers, I was extremely excited to have a smaller,but customer focused provider at my home. Not only do they maintain my yard they have repaired/replaced my fence, re-sod most of my yard (I still get compliments), weeded and mulched all of my beds, planted for me, sprinkler system updates/repairs, and most recently, installed a stone border to my backyard to make my yard pop! “They started off good. One time they blew the clippings into my newly redone garden bed and although they came and tried to fix it there was always grass shavings in it. Then they left my back gate open so my dog got out and I got a warning from animal control. They do good work but I think they go to fast don't take pride and fall short of sincere service.”

“Hello this was not a good experience. The quality and work done did not match the Price I paid. The mowing was substandard (missed spots, cutting too low) also the landscaping was Amateur at best. Each time they came out something would end up broken. The work done each time was a rushed job! No time put into the work. The plants that I requested and that where replaced were very poor quality! The rocks were dirty and not neatly place in the flower beds. When I drive up to my house, the work done does not make me say wow……. 😮 I love my yard! It make me feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I would not recommend.”

They fit us in & completed a small job for us in time for our grand opening & the pots & flowers look so great! Jeff came out & knew exactly what we were looking for & got the job done with his guys in the time that he told me it would take & they went as far as cleaning up the little bit of dirt that had spilled onto the parking lot. They were were all amazing, from the first initial contact over the phone to the completion of the job & they cared about making sure we were satisfied with their work & I am so thankful. “My elderly father who is recovering from cancer got a notice from the city of cedar park that his front corner bushes extended too far over the sidewalk and was told that if it wasn't fixed immediately, he would be given a citation so we called Liberty Lawn Care and they came out the very next business day! I dont think they realized I was in the backyard at the time, but I just want to show my appreciation for everything that was said and how they went above and beyond. All they needed to do was trim the bushes away from the sidewalk, but I over heard the team leader telling his crew that he thought it was insane that they were going to cite this old man and not even give him 30 days. Because of this, he had his crew not only clear the bushes from the sidewalk, but they trimmed the overhang from all the way down the fence, fixed up a couple of big bushes that were no where near the sidewalk, and made sure the bushes on the sidewalk were beautifully landscaped instead of just trimmed back. 10/10 for their work, compassion, and taking care of my dad's yard! It means a ton to my family and I.”

“Giving two stars coz really disappointed by their service. We call them on demand and they have been mowing for us from couple of months. The thing I don’t like is they never clean off the mess after mowing. It adds more work on us. I have to clean and blow off the grasses from my patio. Seems like that are always in hurry and don’t bother to do a neat job.”
