“I've used Sagamore now for two projects - a pool enclosure on my primary house and a complete fence replacement on a rental house. They are reasonably priced, super responsive, great thought partners to figure out approach, and perhaps most importantly stand by their work. When I wasn't happy how pool enclosure turned out (honestly more my fault for choosing a design I regretted), they were incredibly flexible and figured out a solution that worked for us both. On my rental property, I needed a quick turnaround between tenants and they figured out how to make it happen and stayed on top of project so finished fast. Definitely will continue to be my go to for my fencing needs.”

“really quality work, done efficiently, and process with Loren leading up to it was about as good as it can get communication wise when getting quotes, material, etc locked down. he was on point, helpful and helped us navigate lots of back and forth. took about 2 weeks from signing agreement to build (one day for a 30x30ft area). one minor note to make sure you're aware of is they won't cover any costs to sprinkler systems they damage during the install. they offer to call a guy to fix it for you, but at your cost expense even if the damage is their fault. ours came out unscathed thankfully and again, they did a great job but that one thing seemed misleading to me so want to make sure others are aware. overall can't recommend enough. we had a few quotes with other local companies but glad we went with Sagamore.”

My backyard had a great view of the skyline, but I had a privacy problem with the neighbors: I wanted to build a fence that would create an elegant 'walled garden' feel for my downtown home, and look great from all sides (so the neighbors didn't feel 'boxed in'). “It’s been 6 months since we had Sagamore install our fence and we are still loving it! Arthur was great from the start. Explained the alternate options (post type, rails, etc.) Quick estimate that included a breakout of the side we shared with our neighbor. He even sourced black metal posts based on my “wish they made..” comment. AND designed a special drop down so we can enjoy a beautiful view. Installation was quick and the crew kept everything very clean. Stain crew the same. Did I mention we love it? 😊”

“My fence gates were in great need of being replaced. I researched the local fence companies and got competitive bids. Sagamore was not the lowest, but came within $200 of the lowest bid. Once awarded, Marco Muller was instrumental working with me on the project, ensuring my requirements were met. As soon as the materials came in, they set to work. On the steel framed gate, the specialty lock gave us trouble causing them to return 4 times to troubleshoot it. I have to applaud their determination to get it right and get it done quickly. Marco would not rest until it was perfect. However, the clean up left a bit to be desired. I cleaned up excess concrete, pick up a little bit of trash, and re-distributed my rockscape. All in all, it was fine. They did an outstanding job on the gates. I was quite impressed. My neighbors have even commented on the “really nice” gates! The next time I need any fence work done, I will be calling Sagamore. I highly recommend them as they work with you to get you not only what you want but surpass your expectations.”
