Girard Contracting and Construction

Girard Contracting and Construction runs fencing work out of Justin, Texas. Jeremy Girard handles the company and sticks to clear standards on every fence job. Posts go in straight and solid. Pickets stay level from end to end. Gates use screws instead of nails and get framed right so they swing true. The same crew also puts up pergolas and patio covers, pours concrete patios and driveways with extensions, handles full interior and exterior paint, fixes drywall, and installs fixtures, ceiling fans, cabinets, doors, and shelving.

Reviewers describe fence replacements on long stretches between yards, full new fence builds after old ones came down, pergola construction that fit around delayed concrete work, driveway installs with French drains added in backyards, patio post swaps, rotted wood repairs around chimneys and windows, screen door fits, garage shelving with custom cat enclosures, and shiplap walls plus doorway closures inside homes. Jeremy often does the fence work himself or with a small crew, keeps the site clean during demo and install, and finishes projects like 80-foot driveways or floating consoles without cutting corners on fit or finish.

Customers note fast replies to calls or messages, quotes that land lower than other bids, and work that starts within a couple days of agreement. Jeremy adjusts around other trades on site, sends progress photos, fixes small issues like sprinkler heads at no extra charge, and stays on the job until every detail meets the original request. The crew covers spots as far as 40 miles out and keeps regular hours that line up with homeowner schedules.

“I needed to replace a 67-foot stretch of wooden fencing between my yard and my neighbors yard and wanted to swap which way the fence faced. I chose Girard Contracting and Construction based on how highly recommended he was even though he was located about 40 miles away. I only have positive things to say about Jeremy. He responded quickly, the quote was reasonable, and I'm pleased with the final product. But there's so much more to like...Jeremy is an incredibly hard-worker. He did all the work himself. Jeremy is a great communicator and definitely in the running for the "nicest guy in the world" title. I dreaded having to deal with this fence project, but Jeremy made everything easy. I'll definitely be giving him a call the next time I have a construction project.”

“We are amazed at how well our Pergola turned out by Girard Contracting and Construction. Jeremy Girard was amazing, polite, on time, and worked around our schedule when we had a delay on a separate concrete job. He is VERY reasonably priced and went above and beyond our expectations - the finished result is amazing. Thank you to Girard Contracting and Construction!”

“Absolutely fantastic work! We install showers for Jeremy at Girard Contracting and he makes our life easy for the shower door installation, top notch!”

“Jeremy was absolutely amazing! If you're looking for great, quality fencing, he's your guy. He worked efficiently and left no trace of being on our property during the time he spent demolishing our existing structure and installing the new one. He was attentive to our needs and not only met, but exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be calling Girard Contracting and Construction for our future project needs.”

“I hired Mr. Girard to do a patio post replacement, replace rotted wood surround on chimney stack and windows and install a screen door. Mr. Girard was awesome! Excellent quality work, reasonable and honest pricing and showed up on time with a smile. He was a joy to work with and I would not hesitate to call on him again and recommend his work to my family and friends. Do yourself a favor and hire him!”

“So many great things to say about our experience with Girard Contracting and Construction. From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Listened to our wishes and gave sound advice to ensure our project would be top notch. Communication was always prompt, the work was A+, and some of the nicest people to work with. We are 110% satisfied with our experience and look forward to future projects with Jeremy and his team.”

“Jeremy was SO fantastic to work with. He and Mike built a entire brand new fence for me. It is so beautiful and it is just great quality work. He was detailed in the completion down to the last detail; he listened to what I wanted in a new fence project. You will not go wrong with hiring Jeremy and his company to complete any project! He never disappointed me because his work is so exceptional. Much appreciation, Jeremy!”

“Jeremy with Girard Contracting and Construction was absolutely amazing! We were very lucky to find him. We had bad experience with contractors up until now. He was quick to respond and quick with his estimate. He was also extremely reasonable. Jeremy did shiplap walls for us in our home and it looks better than I imagined. He also closed up a doorway so my husband could have a real office space. It looks like it has always been there! We highly recommend using Girard Contracting and Construction!!! We will be using Jeremy from now on!”

“Jeremy is highly professional and has always done an above and beyond job. Our first project we hired Girard Contracting to build a modern floating furniture console and we have been THRILLED with the results. Jeremy is a skilled contractor and we always hire him for any projects that are above our skill level. The job is always done quickly and the work is always top notch. Jeremy takes pride in his work and you can tell!”

“Girard Contracting and Construction have been absolutely wonderful for multiple projects and needs we had in our home over the years. Jeremy has always been on-point, fair, reliable, with fast response. I absolutely recommend him and his company as a trusted service provider.”

“Jeremy and his team did a great job on our backyard project that included concrete, custom pergola, and electrical. He and his team were professional, punctual and worked well with us to make sure our vision came to life. We would recommend them to anyone in the future!”

“We had Jeremy install a recessed light above our shower in our guest bathroom and the difference is amazing! So pleased with the result and Jeremy is incredible to work with. Very kind and thorough. Will definitely be contacting him again with more projects :)”

“GirardCC did such an excellent job on our closet after the home builder did such a poor job and it ended up falling in the middle of the night. Jeremy was so easy to work with, finished the job quickly, and made sure it was sturdy and secure. I will definitely be using him again for all of our home projects!”

“When reaching out to decide whom to go with for a driveway installation I was referred to Jeremy with Girard contracting and am so glad I chose going with him. His price was fair and the job was done in a timely fashion. His team is is very knowledgeable and hard workers. I cannot recommend Girard Contracting enough The work I had done- 80 plus ft driveway installation and French drain in backyard.”

“Jeremy of Girard Contracting is fantastic. I made the request through Yelp, and we are able to discuss options via email with no problem. Jeremy listened to my request and gave me a very reasonable quote where others were twice as much with additions and unnecessary up charges. Next, he came out two days after we agreed on price and completed the fence in 2.5 days. On top of that, Jeremy is the nicest person who I felt very comfortable at my house with my wife and kids. Lastly, my sprinkler head was in an impossible location to put the fence where we wanted it. Jeremy fixed the sprinkler head free of charge. First class all the way. If you don't book him up, my friends and I will...”

“Girard Contracting and Construction was the third quote that we obtained for a new driveway. We also wanted the driveway widened for another vehicle. Jeremy Girard recommended extending both the right and the left side thus giving the driveway a more proportional and balanced look. It does not look like a section was added on as an after-thought. Jeremy was timely, efficient, and affordable and threw in some extras at no cost to us. He is super friendly and kept me updated with pictures on the progression of the project. The driveway is better than what we had anticipated and we are extremely pleased with the appearance of the driveway. Jeremy is professional and very pleasant to work with and we will call him for future projects. I highly recommend Girard Contracting and Construction.”

“It's been awesome working with Jeremy. He's an honest professional, communicative and flexible when it comes to your schedule. He listens to you and offers options that best fit your budget and style. We couldn't be happier with the work he's done and we'll definitely be recommending him to family and friends.”

“Jeremy did a great job!! We just moved into our new house and needed some shelves in our garage and an enclosure for a cat litter box in the garage. Jeremy came up with a cheaper way to build the cat enclosure by using a prefabbed cabinet and cutting a hole in the laundry room wall. He did all the work in one day. Very impressive!!”
