“Unbelievable. We received the invisible GPS fence as a gift, after one year the collar stopped taking a charge. Called customer service expecting them to warranty the product instead they said because it was a gift they will not honor the warranty. Unbelievable. How does this company even stay in business if they won’t warranty their product just because something is a gift or someone else purchased it and give it to somebody else doesn’t mean you shouldn’t stand behind your product. That’s just bad business. We will never purchase from or recommend this company to anyone in the future.”

“TL:DR Just order the system. Trust me, it works! The full story: Talk about FAR surpassing my expectations! I’m sure everyone that is considering this method of boundary control doubts its effectiveness, and I would have been the captain of team doubt. Moved into a new house with open yards and freedom for doggies to run wild, and with dogs that would put Forrest Gump to shame I could not have that level of running even as a possibility. (Full size Goldendoodle & Boxer, fyi) The sales pitch explained everything and Dallas was fantastic from day 1 in handling my many many questions and assuring me that Invisible Fence will do everything they can to help me train my doggies correctly and promised 100% containment. Well - 100% seemed pretty unfathomable with my dogs so sign me up asap! The training sessions were held exactly as described. Honestly after one of the sessions, I practiced with my dogs once the next day and my doodle had already decided the white flags were bad news and no treat was worth it! My boxer needed a little more convincing but by the next day, she too didn’t want to approach the area even for her favorite treat! I left treats on the ground inside the border a”

“Invisible Fence is a lifesaver, literally! We have been with the company for many years now, but we just upgraded from undercounts wire to a GPS fence with Adam. What a brilliant system and worthy investment. I am so grateful that Rosie Sue will be safe and secure on our acreage, away from the main highway out front. “we have a very large yard at 3 acres big and we purchased the fence to keep our dogs in the outer section without having to worry they would sneak away, but we also have a smaller back yard inside and sometimes we like to have them in there. The fence people came out, price was high, but what made me buy was that they would warranty the fence, the collars and personal work with the dogs to make sure there elec. fence would work and all we had to do is kind of small training and if the dogs had any problem they would come back out and work some more or fix it. At the end of the job even though we went way over our budget, it was worth it, now the dogs are keep in the yards without having to worry and we were able to keep them out of private areas like the kids playground and flower beds. I would recommend them to anyone who don't want to constantly keep looking over your shoulder or worry if your dogs are leaving the yard. Our trainer was the best and even though our dogs are not fond of him, we are. He made the deal worth while and the price worth it. “Invisible fence is the best investment I have made for my dogs (and neighbors). I wasn’t holding out much hope that the system would work for my dogs or that they would learn the boundaries. I live on acreage and my dogs love to roam to “visit” my neighbor’s chickens, swim in their ponds and just be an all-around nuisance. My system covers 10 acres. Invisible fence came out, trained my dogs to know the boundaries and trained my husband and me on how to continue training the dogs to learn the boundaries. “From start to finish, first phone call to follow-ups, Invisible Fence has been nothing less than outstanding! Dallas (in sales) was one of the first tradesmen to visit my home who didn’t send my anxious yellow lab running to his kennel in fear, he actually stuck around and accepted pats. And my French Bulldog, for whom we purchased the service, absolutely adored him and every other Invisible Fence employee who came to our house. They were all extremely thorough, thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable about all of their products. “Dallas Garrett was amazing walking me through the process of getting an invisible Fence. We live on a very busy street, and all 3 of my dogs are runners (rescues). Since moving into my house 4 years ago, they have gotten out several times and I knew it was only a matter of time before they got hit and killed. Dallas really paid attention to details like making sure the lines in the yard also protected my landscaping which my dogs love to dig up. The entire team came out at least 6 times for training with the dogs. They made me feel as comfortable as possible on the last several training sessions when they took the dogs off leash in the front yard (I was a wreck) to test the dogs. Guess what? The dogs just laid down in the grass and did not try to cross the lines. Please know our first line of defense are the grey disk by the front and garage interior doors. THEN the 2nd line of defense is the line in the yard. Also, my landscaper did cut the line on accident, as well as, CenterPoint. The team came back out and repaired the line within 2 days at a reasonable cost. Whenever Dallas is in the neighborhood, he swings by the house with treats for my babies. “We had Invisble fence of Houston install our system. 3 months ago.Our salesmen Dallas was wonderful. Showed up early. Was well informed and understood how we wanted our system and where. Dallas was very pleasant and presented us with great information Our install Technician was Travis. He is wonderful. Had been with company for a couple of years. I wouldn’t let anyone else show up to the house. He was wonderful with training our dogs. He quickly got them to understand their boundaries. He worked really hard in 100 degree weather for 7 hours putting our system in. He is a true hard worker. A great representation of the company. And he was wonderful to talk to and work with.”

“We love our invisible fence. We have a 90 pound Weimeraner who is 18 months old and very active and this fence keeps him on our property. The trainers were wonderful and worked with us until the fence was working great and exactly what we needed to contain him. When we had a technical issue, they fixed it immediately. Customer service has been great! It is amazing to see that huge dog running as fast as he can towards the line, chasing runners going by, kids on bikes, loose animals, or anything else he can find to run after.
