MW Fence Co

MW Fence Co handles fencing work out of Kent, AK. They build chain link, wood, vinyl, aluminum, steel and composite fences for homes and businesses after a consultation that covers needs like privacy or keeping pets in. The company draws on two decades of fence construction experience and keeps regular hours from Monday through Thursday eight to four thirty and Friday eight to three at their location on South Central City Road. Jim and Alex often handle the first calls and planning while crews handle the actual builds.

Homeowners describe jobs like putting up chain link to contain dogs, white vinyl privacy fences finished before holidays, wood picket fences that hold up for years, rolling cantilever gates, small dog enclosures inside yards, and repairs after tree damage or latch problems. Chase and Eric get called out for going the extra mile on installs, while other crews earn praise for finishing on time, leaving yards clean, and adapting when plans shift mid job. People note the materials hold up well and the work stays straight and solid without extra follow up calls.

The company answers the phone the same day when others do not, sends updates by text and email, shows up when promised, and fixes issues the next day after a single call. Pricing runs higher than some competitors but customers say the materials and crew skill make up for it, with jobs completed in about a week once booked. They cover the local area and keep sites picked up so neighbors stay unaffected during the work.

“It’s so nice to use a local company that has hired skilled, hardworking guys. They showed up when they said they would, they communicated well with us at every turn, and they cared about how the product looked. After so many companies using only subcontractors with little care, we could not be more pleased with your company. From kindness at the sale to kindness at completion we are happy customers! Finally a group I did not have to micromanage! Job well done.”

“Can’t say enough good things about our install team, especially Chase and Eric that went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. The entire team was awesome. If you want a beautiful fence in a timely manner and also a local company give MW Fence a call we highly recommend them.”

“We chose the Kingston fence. The whole process was easy from getting an online quote, payment, and the install process. They communicated very well via email and text. Would definitely recommend them if you’re needing a fence.”

“I recently had MW Fence Company install a new fence, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The team was highly professional from start to finish, worked quickly without cutting corners, and paid excellent attention to detail—everything looks clean, straight, and built to last. Communication was outstanding; they were always responsive, answered every question thoroughly, and kept me updated throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the results and would give them my highest recommendation—100% worth it!”

“The entire experience we had with MW FENCE from the initial phone call in talking with Jim and Alex, the planning process and the installation process was by far the best ever! Everybody was attentive to our needs and gave great recommendations. The crew was outstanding with their install and knowledge. The material are high quality. You cannot go wrong with this company.👍🏻💪🏻”

“We had our chain link fence put in, when we bought our home in 11/2023, to keep our dog from roaming the neighborhood. When we had an issue with the double gate latch, it only took a phone call and they were out the next day to fix it! Thank you, MW Fence Co, for your GREAT customer service!”

“They were great to work with! We had some weather to contend with but they did a wonderful job for us.”

“We closed on our house 10/30 and our white vinyl privacy fence was up before Thanksgiving! Jim and his team did an amazing job and were so easy to work with! Jim was very responsive to my questions and his team worked hard and left no mess behind. I would definitely hire them again!”

“These guys do great work. Have had them install several wood picket fences for me over the years and they still look great. Any problems, they are right out to take care of it. I always recommend MW Fence to anyone needing fence work done. Their price is typically higher than other fence companies, BUT, the materials they use are very high quality, their work is always high quality, their crews know what they are doing and they always make sure the work is finished timely and meets your expectations.”

“We appreciate MW Fence Co! This is our third time hiring them and we highly recommend their services. This is our first time getting something other than a 6 ft privacy fence and they did a great job. I’ll have to come back and add more photos when the weather is better but part of our job included adding a gate off of our back porch to ensure that the pool area was safe and secure for our children and they did a fantastic job. We highly recommend this company!”

“I hired MW Fence to add a small fenced-in section within my yard for a dog enclosure, and also to install a rolling cantilever gate. Jim and the MW Fence team were very responsive. We had attempted contacting 3 other fence companies for additional quotes -- none of them even got back to us. Jim got back to us the same day, promptly quoted the work, and once we booked the job they had it done in about a week. The quality of their work was exceptional, the crew was incredibly professional, and the communication was excellent. Strongly recommend MW Fence for any of your fencing needs!”

“We just did another fence project with M&W and could not be more happy. Great job and a beautiful addition to our new home.”

“This company is the A-#1 BEST. Not only did they do an AMAZING fence installation they were very friendly, showed up on time (actually a few days early), & it is obvious they take pride in their work. You do not get to give those compliments too often nowadays. I do not give 5 star reviews unless they are earned. MW Fence definitely earned 5 stars.”

“The construction crews were excellent and knew their jobs exceedingly well. They worked as a team and could do each other's tasks with equal perfection. They kept the yard and the neighbors' yards picked up and uncluttered at every turn. I highly recommend them for their skill and professionalism.”

“MW Fence Co work with Service Recycling LLC and began a project that we will definitely be having them back for in the future to expand. They were able to give quotes and adapt to changes issued multiple times. The fence and gate constructed came out beautiful and in no time. Recommend MW Fence Co to anyone and will be a reoccurring customer.”

“My daughter recommended them to me. I recommended them to my neighbor. I recommended them to my grandson & now I highly recommend them to anyone who wants new fencing by a company that goes way beyond what is expected in making sure they do a job that they can be proud of & that the customer is completely satisfied & equally proud of. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the product & work that MW Fence Co. has done. Now I highly recommend them to anyone reading this review‼️”

“I couldn’t be happier with my new fence from MW Fence! Jim went over all the options, and kept me updated when they would be able to start the project. Once they started building the fence, it was beyond my expectations. I was completely satisfied with everything from the construction of the fence to the gorgeous stain they put on to complete the project. If you’re looking to install a fence, you can’t go wrong by using MW Fence! I would highly recommend them.”

“HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. We had a fense put up about 5 years ago and its been great and durable. We recently had a tree branch come down on it but the materials held up super well. Jim came out and was able to fix it very easily in large part to the wuality of materials MW fense used. Their customer service and ongoing support has been super helpful with the process. Thanks team!”

“This company could not have been more professional in every aspect of the contract. The pricing process, the installation, cooperation during the process, were all first class. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Let me also add honesty and integrity! Very pleased!!”

“Had to have some fencing moved at our dealership and they were nothing but professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone”
