N&D Fence and Deck LLC

N&D Fence and Deck LLC runs as an owner operated fencing and deck outfit in Kent. Pavrik leads the small crew that handles every quote and build from start to finish. They install cedar privacy fences, horizontal slat, board on board, hog wire and chain link styles with posts set in concrete and gates included. Deck work covers pressure treated framing topped with cedar or composite decking plus stairs and railings. Repair jobs fix leaning posts, rotten boards, sagging gates and weathered decks when the structure can be saved.

Homeowners call them for full fence replacements, new composite decks with cable railings, timbertech builds with custom benches, stair additions, horse wire fences and platform sheds. Pavrik and Miguel have removed old gazebos before installing new ones, rebuilt neighborhood mailbox structures, added warehouse lofts with exterior stairs and fixed wind damaged sections. They stick to property lines, handle permits and finish clean so the yard looks untouched except for the new work.

The crew shows up on time, keeps communication steady with updates and quotes that hold. Prices stay competitive and fair across jobs. They work through schedule changes like neighbor fence line talks or storm power loss without delay and always tidy the site each evening. Service stays local with quick responses to repair calls and on site estimates provided upfront.

“Pavrick and his company are a delight to work with! They got the job done promptly, affordably, and well. Both Pavrick and Miguel were respectful, friendly, and efficient. They took care not to trample plants growing close to the new deck and fence, and waited patiently while my neighbors and I agreed on the placement of the new fence. I can't recommend N and D Deck and Fence highly enough. I will definitely work with them again in the future.”

“Pav did a fantastic job working on my project! The price is competitive, he was always on time and respectful of any concerns. One detail caught my attention is he always cleans up / tidy up end of the day even the project will continue tomorrow. This level of attention to details is rarely seen. That said, I highly recommend Pav to everyone”

“Fantastic job by Pavrik and crew replacing my 30 yr old rotted deck. Community Association guidelines needed to be adhered to and Pavrik found the perfect material to use. Workmanship was high quality for all the details of the deck. I couldn’t be happier with my new deck and Strong-ly recommend N&D Fence and Deck for your job.”

“Pav and team are the best! I had them build a loft in our warehouse as well as an exterior deck and staircase. They were in the middle of our project when a huge windstorm knocked out the power for several days. While most people would use the situation as an excuse to not show up, these guys were here, working long hours to ensure our project was finished on time and on budget. I will absolutely call Pav again the next time I need similar work done.”
