“I first contacted this company almost a year ago. I had never replaced a roof before, so I really didn’t know anything about the process. My roof was still under warranty, which required a lot of back-and-forth with the shingle manufacturer, and Ben graciously handled that for me. He came out to collect shingle samples and took close-up photos of the extensive damage to submit for the claim. Ben was always available to answer questions and was even willing to meet with the insurance adjuster to get up on the roof and go over everything in person. His communication and guidance made the entire process so much easier for me. The day of the new roof was so impressive, even the neighbors came over to comment. Were they there early? Absolutely! But I actually appreciated it because it meant they finished earlier in the day. My neighbors even commented that they had never seen so many people working on one roof at the same time! I have a big roof and they were done end of day! The crew was extremely respectful of my property. They moved all the patio furniture, covered the bushes and the pool, and took great care while working. And the cleanup afterward? I told them they left my yard ”
