Blackrock Fence & Construction

Blackrock Fence & Construction handles fencing work in League City, Texas, where owner Jace Niemeyer runs the locally owned operation. The company installs and repairs wood fencing, metal fencing, chain link fencing, farm and ranch fencing, and security gates for homes and businesses across League City and the surrounding Gulf Coast. They provide new fence builds designed to fit property lines and last, along with fixes for damaged panels, leaning posts, broken gates, and storm issues.

Customers often describe full fence replacements that finish in a single day, including removal of old sections and new builds that handle tight turns, elevation changes, and root protection around large trees. Jace and his crew have added custom gates in narrow spaces, enclosed pool equipment areas, split fence lines to give both sides the finished face, and stepped pickets to match existing sections. Reviewers note clean sites after work, upgrades like metal gate frames, and solutions for odd requests such as breezeway enclosures or field-facing privacy sections.

Jace handles estimates and scheduling directly with clear updates throughout each project. Jobs move quickly once started, often wrapping ahead of the planned date, and crews arrive on time while keeping prices reasonable and transparent. Communication stays consistent from first contact through completion, and the team works in League City plus nearby spots like Friendswood, Pasadena, and Pearland.

“Great job on the fence! Jace and his crew did an awesome job! They replaced an 13-year old fence with a new great looking fence. All done in one day. Jace was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking around for a fence. Professional and great customer service given. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!”

“I was very impressed with the work these guys did. I feel they did our fences way better than others who quoted us. One of our fences is tough to do because of many turns and different elevations. I can't say enough how much I recommend this company.”

“Jace and his crew were fabulous. We tend to do most projects ourselves because our standards are higher than the average texas contractor. But with little spare time and summer approaching we opted to finish our blown down/ aged fence with Blackrock. They had fair prices, knowledge, great reviews, and answered all our questions. We were concerned about our giant live oak and preserving roots, and the utilities that tie in around the fence. They navigated very well and addressed any issues that popped up. We had a special request and it was an easy upgrade to the service. Jace had great communication easy estimates, and scheduling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Get a beautiful new fence from Jace and the Blackrock crew.”

“Jace and his team did a great job. He even helped me out with an odd request that I had. I recommend them for your fence construction projects.”

“I had an excellent experience with Blackrock Fence and Construction. They replaced my fence and did a fantastic job from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, the communication with Jace was clear and consistent, and the entire job was completed in just one day! What really stood out was the extra effort— Jace noticed something leaking from my house and, without hesitation, climbed up into the attic to help me figure out the issue. That kind of dedication and customer care is rare. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work with outstanding service!”

“Jace and his crew did an amazing job on our fence, including a custom design for our back that faces fields. He was patient and accommodating even through miscommunication on my part. I LOVE our new fence and will definitely hire him back next year to replace the last section”

“Top notch professionalism, fair pricing, and outstanding workmanship. These are just a few of the things I can say about the great experience we had working with Jace at Blackrock Fence. “Excellent customer service. I am very pleased with my fence. Jace was very patient with me. I highly recommend Blackrock fence.”

“So impressed by Jace and his team at Blackrock Fence. Great communication, great value, and great skilled craftsmanship! You can see from the pics that there are no exposed nails and the fence is level and so clean looking. They even did a gradual step-down on the pickets at the back to line it up nicely where the new fence meets the 2 back fences. They split the fence in the middle as I requested to give us and our neighbors each the "pretty" side of the fence where we view it so everyone's happy! Definitely recommend Blackrock Fence and will use them again in the future!”

The service and attention to detail reflects the pride and integrity in Jace and his crew. We will definitely be hiring him again!”
