“We have a pool that made it a difficult installation with a lot of corners and custom sizing. Andrew did a great job with the installation and was a pleasure to be around. He worked hard to get it done in one day andcut was full dark by the time he was loading up to leave. We were always able to get quick communication from the company which was not our experience with others.”

“We are very pleased with our Katchakid pool net. We have a 2 year old granddaughter who is not afraid of water and when we are playing with her outside we are concerned she will run and either jump or fall into the pool. Our son researched pool nets and determined that a Katchakid net would be the one he recommended. I made a phone call and Charla gave me information about the nets and how the process works. She looked at our pool on Google earth and forwarded my information to others in order to provide me with a cost estimate. Once it was determined what size of net would be required she called me back with the cost which I felt was reasonable. I chose the color of the net to be installed. I agreed to the cost and was emailed a contract which I signed along with my credit card information, with half of the cost being paid at the time of the order and the other half to be paid at completion. An installation date was decided and I was told Jaime would be at my house at 7am on that date to install the net. He arrived at 7am and was finished by 11am. However, Colton knew exactly how to create the cover and did so with precision. “Incredible product, great service. I actually waited 2 years to review as I think reviews on a product of this type really needs to stand the test of time to truly discern if it's reliable. They have exceeded our expectations in safety, practicality, service, and questions. Having a strong gate that is 100% kid proof is an essential for us, and we're glad we didn't "cheap out" with some of the other brands. You can see from the photo hopefully that it looks about the same 2 years later as it did when new. It is held up in the sun and a couple tough winters and still looks great. The company was really good to work with when the main latch actually broke with our dog running into the gate. It was a situation where they could have easily said, "sorry, your dog was being too rough and it's over a year," But they came out no questions and replaced it. Keep up the good work Katchakid.”
