Andrea and Jenny were both extremely helpful and very friendly during conversations with the front office. Brian made getting our estimate easy and clear-cut and took the extra minute to look at our neighbors fence as well. We decided to move forward from quote to installation and had our original install date set (only 10 days later!) before Brian ever left. Due to the unpredictable Texas weather, our installation was rescheduled - unfortunately. Though we had some complications come installation day - each phone call made to Lifetime was handled by Jenny with the utmost care. She truly understood my frustrations and was sympathetic to them and did all she could to make things right. “Quality = Good; Price = High but not too bad; Customer Service = Poor; The fence replacement project did not get a good start because there was no owner to the project after we signed the contract with the sales person. It seems like they are overloaded with too many projects. After many phone calls it finally got going but it was 3 weeks later before it started. The installation process was bumpy too. There were many issues and they left trash in my yard. They did came back to address all of those and I am happy with the quality of the work. It seems they hired sub contractors do all their work. They do have warranty on the fence and I hope I get better CS experience in the future. 3 stars for now and will come back in a year to update my rating.”

“I had over 400 ft of fence that I needed installed on a large lot. I received 3 quotes. Lifetime was right in the middle in terms of cost, however they offered the best fence (in my opinion) with respect to top cap trim and quality of parts. The craftsmanship on the fence is phenomenal. The crew removed my old fence and installed 400 ft of 8-foot board on board fencing in 2.5 days! I was literally shocked at the speed and efficiency in which they worked. Most I contacted either quoted gargantuan rates, wouldn't show up on time, and some never even returned my phone calls at all. Don was always available for any questions, listened to both mine and my neighbors specific requirements, was professional and just a generally great and friendly guy to deal with. “Called to inquire about a cover over our patio. Henry Schendel gave us an estimate and then I found out how the company honors veterans. After choosing design and material, Henry did not try to up-sale. Pleasant surprise. Agreed upon the work to be done and given a date of two weeks to start. Again, surprise, Henry called and asked if it would be okay to start a week earlier. Met with contractor and Henry to insure we all knew what was wanted. The material was delivered and the next day they set posts and stained all the cedar pieces. Next day the crew started the project, and completed the arbor. Both my wife and I were very happy with the results. Have had several comments from friends about the quality of workmanship and the final results. The pricing was above other estimates but so is the quality of material. 20 gauge steel posts concreted in with Maximizer, #1 grade western red cedar (the best), and a very experienced crew who did the install. Phillip and Casia arrived on time for my estimate and were very helpful answering all of my questions. I had a last minute change and Phillip was very helpful accommodating my request.
