“We had a terrific experience with Texas Traditions! We got 8 different estimates to renovate our backyard and pool, and Texas Traditions was the only one that was able to deliver all of our wants and stay within our budget. Gil was a fantastic project manager and great communicator. Our project was very extensive and was completed in about 2 months. Just one small complaint...we have a footprint in the concrete of the pool deck that was never fixed. I think this was mainly an issue with the concrete subcontractor never coming back out to address it despite Gil contacting them multiple times. Overall a great experience!”

“We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new patio done by Texas Traditions! Gil and his team did an outstanding job and we are so grateful! We went from nothing in the backyard to something that we use everyday; from Sunday naps to family dinners. We even added a concrete pad on the side for storage and to hide our trashcans. We are enjoying our beautiful new space. THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“Gil and his team were phenomenal through the entire process. They listened to us through the design process and provided multiple options to better fit our budget. Gil has also been more than helpful post completion! He has always picked up his phone and answered questions or made a visit to ensure all is well. The level of detail and care you'll find within this company is something you won't receive everywhere! I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends! Thanks for all the help Gil, you built us the pool we've always wanted!!”

“We are so happy with our pool from Texas Tradtions! We worked with Gil as our project manager and I have nothing but great things to say about him, his service, follow up and continued support. He was diligent, easy to work with, knowledgeable and thorough. He really made the process easy. The pool itself has been used to it's fullest, the products they sell are super easy to use, they connect to my smart home, and really make our yard pop! I highly recommend Gil and the team he has at Texas Traditions!”

“Our experience with Texas Traditions was excellent! Gil and his team did an amazing job, start to finish. The pool, patio and cabana building project we hired them to complete was managed professionally and thoroughly. Any concerns or questions have been promptly addressed, and Gil’s above-and-beyond support has been greatly appreciated. A high level of customer care is what one would hope for in a major investment like this, and we got that and more. Thank you for the outstanding work and service. We love our new backyard!”

“Keith was incredible to work with he has a great design eye and very responsive. The crew was incredible and clean! We are very happy with the outcome and got the backyard of our dreams. He even dealt with all the crazy requests like pink turf 🤣”

His attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service were evident throughout the entire process. Gilbert took the time to understand our preferences, offering valuable insights and creative suggestions that ultimately enhanced the overall design. The construction process was seamless, thanks to the skillful team at Texas Traditions Pool and Patio. Gilbert's leadership ensured that every aspect of the project was executed with precision and efficiency. The quality of their workmanship is evident in the finished product – a stunning pool and extended patio that have completely transformed our outdoor space. “We hired Texas Traditions to remodel our pool as our original builder did not do the best job. We worked with Gil to change our coping to travertine, repair some tiles and replace the mastic. He and his crew did a phenomenal job! Grateful to my friend/neighbor that hired them and connected me with Gil. I highly recommend this company for a new pool build or remodel!”

“We worked with Gil and despite some issues I must say he was great from start to finish. TTO did an excellent job; build a beautiful pool, perfectly updated our patio and landscaping. We had some downturns and construction issues but Gil managed to fulfill its promise. Furthermore Gil was very responsive after project completion. Would highly recommend TTO and Gil to anyone.”

“Keith helped me design exactly what I envisioned for my backyard making great use of the space I have and brought the concept to life! He was great to work with and his crews were incredible and courteous. They did great work and cleaned up each night when they finished up which I really appreciated. “We worked with Keith York and he was amazing. Our pool turned out beautiful! Keith was always responsive and walked through the whole process with me and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend using Texas traditions.”

“Gil came to our house in October to give a quote for a cabana and kitchen. He was helpful and showed us a project that looked great. We thought they’d be a great option. He said he’d give us a quote by the end of the next week, but he didn’t. We never heard from him. Apparently they don’t need new business. Would have appreciated a follow-up to let us know they didn’t want to work with us.”

“We had our pool built in 2021 and it’s been great. The process was as smooth as a pool project could go and any questions we had Gil was happy to help answer or get us the info we needed. They installed step lights and lights in the pool that changes colors! We even used them to have a heater installed the following year and it’s been working great as expected. I’d recommend Texas Traditions to any of my friends!”

“I highly recommend Texas Traditions! Had a full-on patio install done at our house, from concrete work to structure to pergola to polygal. Gil was incredibly helpful, professional and honest with us in finding the right layout for our house. I couldn’t be happier now that I can watch the Longhorns on the patio now!”

“Texas Traditions did a solid job building our covered patio. We found the pricing to be very fair and the quality of materials stronger than most other companies offered. Thank you Gil and crew for our great outdoor living space and for being so available for communication throughout the process.”

“Gil was very professional answered all my quandary concerns. The crews doing the work where also professional in performing their train they’re efficient and quick. They were done. They cleaned up after themselves. I was quite pleased with the work and results afterwards. I would recommend Gil and Company In building your pool project if I had to do it again There would be no changes to the project.”

“Gil was amazing. Stand up, honest guy. Helped me out finding parts for my pool and went above and beyond to find a very difficult replacement part.”

“We had our pool put in by Texas Traditions/Gil and were not disappointed at any time during the process. They made sure I had a place blocked off so our 3 dogs could still run and play and he answered any and all questions we had. Even now, a couple years later, he is still answering our questions. The pool is beautiful, and we enjoy it year round. Thank you Texas Traditions & Gil.”
