“We had a phenomenal experience with All-State Fence. I live in historic downtown McKinney on a half acre, so I needed a reputable fence company with impeccable expertise for a custom job. I recalled my days in Lubbock while at Tech, and All-State was well-known for their quality and aesthetic installations that could endure the West Texas wind. They quickly and professionally installed my project, which wasn't easy, as it involved decorative wrought iron, an automatic gate across the driveway, 2 additional gates, big slopes, lots of trees, an alley, city sewer line, and 7' cedar elsewhere. “Short Version: They damaged my house, did a poor job, and gave me the runaround. In all of my interactions, I have tried to be patient but it has become very apparent that this company has many communication problems, both internally, and with their customers. At first I got the impression that they were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and trying to do the right thing. Called them trying to get someone to come look at it 2 months after installation and I was told to google the problem. Called them again 6 months later and never got a response! Called them 2 months ago because the cement base they put had moved and broke a piece, they refuse to warranty the part or come work on the motor that had worked at all since replacing the cement!!”

I got the 6' dog eared pickets with the upgraded metal posts (which seemed logical for our infamous wind) and the heavy duty gate with welded metal frame, which leaves a wider opening and is definitely sturdier. I also got the concrete curb, which is perfect. It raises the fence up another few inches and is sure to keep my pups secure. Btw they also left the fence next door loose and left nail and wood chips all over the yard next door; then left flower stands in front of door so the guy next door could not exit his back door. “Wow!!! What an amazing company! When our fence recently blew down with the high winds, All State was at our house the next day to give us an estimate. We contacted three other reputable fence companies but all three had a wait time of three to four days, just for an estimate. By the time we received all the bids, our choice was pretty clear. All State's bid was $1,500 to $2,500 cheaper than any other bid we received! And don't be fooled, there were no mid job upcharges or unexpected cost, what they quoted us is what we paid. It was amazing how quickly they finished and the quality we received. I honestly don't know how they do it, but we are certainly happy that they can. The workers and project manager for our job were top quality, you know, the kind of people we weren't afraid to have working at our house.
