I bought a new electric gate opener three weeks ago and it's been acting up almost since day one. $1,200 seems like a lot of money to me, but not enough money to get service. “Billy came out as scheduled in a timely manner and gave us the best quote out of three.. The start date took a little longer than expected but when the crew did arrive they did great work and made sure that everything was done correctly. When the job was finished I requested an extension to the fence. The quote for this came in quickly and so did the crew - actually earlier than planned. There were some minor communication issues along the way but nothing major and they were quick to apologize for any inconvenience on their part. The bottom line is that we are pleased with the work they did for us and would use them again.”

I must say from start to finish the receptionist, manager and working crew were extremely professional and courteous. The workmanship was first rate. If you need anything for an iron fence, including installation, repair or repainting, this is the company to use.”

“BUYER BEWARE!!! The owner is very rude, arrogant and disrespectful to women! During the bid phase on this project I received everything I requested. However, the moment I signed a contract and paid my deposit of MULTIPLE THOUSANDS OF $$$ the owner was never available. I called multiple times and was given one excuse after the next why he couldn't speak with me. I even drove to the shop and Mr. Raines was still too busy to talk with me. It was only after I told the receptionist to cancel my order did I receive a call back. This call confirmed my decision to cancel the project. Instead of giving me (a paying customer) the customer service I was looking for, i.e. typical updates, status and other installation concerns, Mr. Raines was agitated and negative from the onset of the call. He told me I was WAISTING his time! I highly recommend taking this post to heart and reconsider doing business with this company. I fought through my credit card company for reimbursement of my down payment but only received a partial amount back as I signed a contract that stated for cancellations there was a 20% restocking fee. Buyer beware. These gates are not cheap. Please don't get screwed like I did.”

We checked out few company in Houston and Magnolia and by far, they were the most knowledgeable, intrested, humble, and best price we could find, so we gave the a shot.. I must say the experience and quality of work was phenomenal and by far exceeded our expectations.. what I learned about this business is that it is family owned and have been around since 1960s. “Had a custom rod iron fence installed on one side of my pool for privacy. Within a couple of months the wood inserts warped and the paint started peeling off. I have called a dozen of times and have waited over 6 months to have it repaired and their customer service is nonexistent. They keep saying they are coming out to fix it but I have not seen anyone yet. The fence looks awful!!! I will never use them again.”

“Order mid July 2014, finally got install 3 months later. I was away the day they installed, got home and although the gate was what I ordered the entry over was not. they agreed to reduce the amount to cover their error. 2 weeks later the gate stopped working and the Ranch sign fell down. Was told they would be out within a week, 3 weeks later they came out. gate worked for a couple of weeks again stopped. they had put the solar panel in the wrong place so it wasn't getting recharged. was told they would be out within the week, a month later they came out, finally the gate started working once the sun came back out, February 2015. Meanwhile the sign fell down yet again. I called That was 6 weeks ago. got a call from them a month later, they asked if I still needed it done, I replied Yes. was told they would be out within the week. Two weeks later I called and asked if they were ever going to come hang my sign, was told Thursday, that was yesterday, Still no show..... I would NOT recommend this company !!!”
