“12 foot gate blew off it's hinges due to a micro-burst. Since they were coming out anyway I scheduled to have some work done on all 4 of my gates. Allstate fence repaired them within the week The crew was fast and professional. But... They did replace the wrong gate stop (2x4 cedar) on one of the gates. I had to leave before the job was completed so I didnt catch it right away, so I responded to their emailed invoice staring the problem. Did not hear back so I paid the bill in full before 10 days as required. I figured I would never hear from them again. Then approximately 10 days later I received a call from a Tech named Austin and he was on his way to correct the problem at no extra cost. They could have just filed me away and forgotten about it as I was not going to squabble about it, but they didn't. Allstate Fence BACKED UP THEIR WORK! Very Rare these days! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Allstate! Good job guys!!👍👍👍”

So initially i left a mixed review, however after doing so i have realized a few things... 1) these guys came out and did a great job and did it fast. 2) The billing department is excellent 3) i am very happy with all of my interactions with AllState Initially the fence wasn't perfect, some of that was my fault, but they came out and fixed it and did whatever it took to make me happy with it. I couldn't pay my bill for 2 months with complications in finishing the whole house, the billing dept worked with me and was great, definitely a great way to end the transaction.
