All Mountain Fence and Deck

All Mountain Fence and Deck takes on fencing and deck projects around Oregon City. Josh runs the family business that has operated for over 35 years. They handle full fence installs, deck builds and rebuilds, gate additions, ranch and field fencing, cedar work, deer fencing upgrades, pergolas, outdoor kitchen covers, and custom touches like dog doors. Carly works alongside Josh on many jobs, and the crew includes names like Shane and Carlos who show up for the day-to-day work.

Customers call when an old deck has gone bad or a fence leans and needs full replacement. Josh and the team tore down one worn deck and put up a new one in four days while keeping an eye on kids and dogs in the yard. They extended fence lines on short notice, added solid and hogwire sections around city lots, rebuilt extensive ranch fencing on horse farms, and finished a multi-step deck build that needed separate trips for demo, framing, and boards. Reviewers note the crew handled repairs, reposts, and project management across multiple properties without extra drama.

Josh shows up on time for bids, puts prices in writing the same day, stays flexible on changes, and keeps communication direct through the whole job. The team works fast, stays clean on site, and finishes within the budget and schedule people expect. They cover the local area and take calls for both small side gates and bigger installs on twenty-five acre spots. Reviewers mention reasonable costs, quick responses even on follow-up tweaks, and crews that listen to what the owner wants before starting.

The business earns steady five-star marks across hundreds of reviews for quality results, straightforward dealings, and crews that show up ready to finish what they start. People point to the same strengths again and again: solid builds, clean job sites, and owners who treat every project like it matters. DIRT Score 4.9 from 247 reviews on Finds.

“Josh and team did a great job for us! Our deck was old and in terrible condition. They took it down and built us a beautiful new one in only four days! They communicated about everything and were very respectful of us having young children and dogs running around. Our new deck is perfect, we couldn’t be happier!”

“Josh was so easy to work with. Not only is he super nice and professional, he and his crew did a fantastic job on my field fence including 4 gates. He was also flexible when I wanted to make a little change and extend one of the sides of the fence.”

“Josh and his crew replaced our fence with a beautiful, 6 foot cedar fence back in 2025. When we wanted to revise it with deer fencing, All Mountain Fence and Deck came out and within 3 hours gave it a beautiful facelift. They are professional, courteous, expedient and affordable.”

“Josh & Crew knocked it out of the park! Our 80’ broken down, weathered, and severely leaning backyard fence had seen better days! We wanted several bids for our project and Josh showed up on time to meet with us on day one, made us feel confident in going with his team, gave us a bid in writing by the end of the day, and was very patient in answering our follow-up questions through-out the process. Most everyone can be a “starter,” All Mountain Fence & Decks are “finishers.” We wouldn’t hesitate to use them or recommend them to others in the future. Thanks guys!”

“We own two hospitality businesses in the area that operate across 16 different properties, and Josh’s team has supported about half of them at this point! 🙌 they’ve done full new installs for us, repair and repost issues, project management assistance for big jobs, and are also just great people to work with. Definitely our preferred fence and deck company for awhile now!!”

“We had a great experience with All Mountain Fence and Deck. They built a structure to protect our outdoor kitchen, and the finished result turned out fantastic. The value for the price was excellent, their attention to detail really showed in the final product, and the work was completed quickly without feeling rushed. What I appreciated most was how easy they were to work with. Communication was straightforward, they listened carefully to what we wanted, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality work and a team that makes the process simple.”

“We asked Josh & the All Mountain team to build a new deck and to rebuild extensive ranch fencing at our 25-acre horse farm. Both projects were done on time, within budget and of excellent quality. The deck in particular was of the highest craftsmanship, which was important to us as it was built alongside our new custom-built home. We also appreciate the efforts of Josh, Shane & Carlos for their professionalism & friendly demeanor. Easily a 5-Star company!”

“I can’t say enough good about all mountain fencing deck, and Josh. I knew the moment I met him that he was the person I would want to be working on my property. He’s honest, hard-working, precise, efficient and considerate. He went out of his way and even made an adjustment on Easter Sunday for me completely unrequested. This is absolutely the kind of person you want to work with.”

“All Mountain Fence and Deck's team (Carly and Josh) are awesome to work with. They are super responsive, and provide fantastic customer service. For the amount of onsite work Josh and his team have to do, they not only build beautiful and strong fences, they are beyond clean. I recommend them and will work with them again. They made our little farm shine.”

“Josh and his colleagues were great from beginning to end. Very kind and considerate. Reasonable price. Quality work. Very efficient and completed project exactly as planned. A pleasure to work with.”

“We are very happy with our new deck! Josh is a genuinely nice guy, and his entire crew was polite and professional throughout the project. Our job required a challenging, multi-step schedule with three separate trips for demolition, framing, and final board installation, and they successfully accommodated our timeline. Overall, the deck looks very nice, and we appreciate their hard work to get it done.”

“Josh and Carly are really great to work with, professional and on time and Josh the owner is very nice and enthusiastic he loves his job. He is really great with working you and detailing what you want or any changes. We had a fence and a pergola built by them, great quality, will definitely be using them in the future and recommending their services!”

“Josh and his crew put up a 7' fence (solid and hogwire) around our eighth of an acre Ashland city-lot. They put the fence up in 2-days and Josh was extremely good at communicating and hearing our needs. He came back later to adjust the driveway gate after our gravel driveway was put in and was very receptive to follow-up finessing. I would HIGHLY recommend All Mountain Fence to anyone considering getting a fence in the valley.”

“Josh, Carly and their team are amazing! They built this beautiful fence! I’ve been imagining it for years, but wasn’t sure what it would look like. They helped me decide on a perfect solution. They are so efficient, professional, and fast! Their workmanship is beautiful as well. Thank you everyone! We will let you know when we are ready for a deck upgrade. :)”

“Ashland Fence Co replaced our cedar fence and did a beautiful job. Similar cost to another estimate I got but Ashland Fence was way more friendly and seemed more detail/quality oriented. Took two days to do about 120' of fencing and the crew was super nice and professional. Definitely recommend contacting by phone vs email as that route seems more responsive. Overall very happy with the job!!”
