“I came in here to accompany a partner HOPING for an easy adventure. We hadn't been to Coastal in a while and an older women with long gray hair in flannel made made it an absolute regrettable experience. She threw a cart into the register and HARD. Stomped everywhere with a scowl simply because a customer asked "can you please not do that" after the employee was man handling an elder hound dog with hip and legs vulnerabilities. Coworkers called the older employee on walkie and she gave no response but came back with enough tension to fill the whole Coastal store. My primary issue is that i had witnessed this older employee with long gray hair feeding WHO KNOWS WHAT to a customers puppies. Customer had her back turned asking cashier about extra items in the back (weve all been there. Sometimes we need extra help) and the older employee was crouched behind customer trying to get whatever strange food into the dogs mouths. This is not okay and violates consent and personal space. The older employee with long gray hair needs to learn to respond to her cashier shen they walkie her. She need to acknowledge when she violates a customers consent AND physical space. “Went in prepared to spend a few hundred dollars on boots, but the ladies working were incredibly rude and smart mouthy. Asked what the difference was between two styles of the same, and one scoffed and said one was wide obviously. They were far more interested in their conversation than they were in helping customers. I’ll take my money where I can actually get the help I deserve if I’m spending that much. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.”

“Absolutely horrible horrible store!! This particular store is so unorganized, dirty, horrible customer service and the bathroom don't get me started!! The cashiers were horrible! They were looking at stuffed animals next to the register slowly came over to help me and continued to talk while ringing up, not even engaging with me and I've been in the customer service business for roughly 25yrs. Then the line started to build up and I had to direct the customer to go to the next register because the other cashier was still doing whatever with the stuffed animals. I will NOT be returning to this particular store!!”

“two stars for the good deals. im waiting to receive my refund and I hope I don't miss my mortgage payment because of a big charge the cashier assureed me I wouldn't be charged. put a layaway payment down but charged the whole price, the small layaway payment went towards item but the large payoff went in there system as unknown purchase. manager was able to resolve refund but this is a big issue that could have financially damaged me. Christmas is almost here and im waiting for money so I can buy family gifts, not cool.”
