“Our installer was Toby. Start to finish - he was communicative, knowledgeable, detailed, and extremely friendly. He did a fantastic job! He took time to consider nuances, improved the original plans on site, and we couldn’t be happier with both the end result as well as his service. We’d request him in the future! Also shout out to Brent, the owner. I can’t say enough good things about his service, knowledge as well as guidance, and overall care to bid our project and talk us through the options. We originally were headed down an entirely different path on fence style, and he came out several times to discuss the best approach. When we pivoted and went for something more cost effective for us, he treated the project just as important despite being significantly smaller. “Absolutely five star experience with Superior Fence & Rail. I received two other quotes from different companies, and these guys were by far the most balanced. They delivered very high quality work while staying within budget without trying to blow it out. They were slightly more affordable, offered a great warranty, and were completely comfortable reusing our existing galvanized steel posts instead of pushing unnecessary upgrades. A few other companies tried to pressure us in that direction, which felt like a red flag. There were some initial timing issues due to fence hardware delivery, but the team handled it the right way by clearly setting expectations and keeping communication open and transparent throughout the process. “Superior Fence and Rail did a great job installing our new fence! They were in and out in two days, and the entire process was totally painless. They matched the yard's grade while maintaining a nice consistent height (second picture), despite working in some tricky areas full of roots. And communication was excellent, they identified those areas in the initial walk-through and explained how they would deal with them and how it would impact the price. The price itself was competitive: all the other quotes we got were higher, sometimes much higher (half-again as high, in one case.) All in all, I would choose Superior again.”
