Southtex Fence & Trees LLC

Southtex Fence & Trees LLC handles fencing and tree work out of Pasadena, Texas. The family-owned outfit has run operations since 2020 under Armando and serves Pasadena, Deer Park, and nearby spots. They build wood fences, chain link fences, iron fences, balcony rails, ranch fences, and fence panels. The crew also handles general repairs along with tree removal, tree trimming, and palm trimming, including jobs that involve lines near trees.

Customers call them for full fence replacements where old sections get torn out, posts set in concrete, and new panels installed the next day. They fix gates, replace storm-damaged wood after hurricanes, switch chain link to wood while grinding stumps, and trim large trees like ash or crepe myrtles. Armando and the crew show up for small jobs such as single gate swaps or perimeter iron fixes on commercial sites, plus they haul debris and clean the yard when done.

The crew answers quote requests fast, schedules work within a day or two, and sticks to the price given over the phone. They arrive on time, communicate updates, and finish jobs the same day when possible. Work covers Pasadena and surrounding areas with no extra charges for cleanup or hauling. Reviewers note fair costs even on tight timelines like holiday emergencies and consistent results on both residential and business properties.

“Armando and his crew were excellent. They removed and hauled away the fence one day, set all posts in concrete, came back next day and installed the fence. They were very meticulous making sure things were centered and leveled. It is hard to find good workers who are proud of what they do, these are those guys. Fence looks great and they cleaned things up very well. I highly recommend them.”

“Perfect from start to finish. Rep came and gave me the lowest quote out of everyone I checked. Easy scheduling. Crew showed up on time, made a perfect fence, cleaned up, and left. Couldn’t be any better.”

“Very GOOD company. They did a great job at a very reasonable and affordable price. The work I had done was amazing. Very professional and I have recommended them to everyone I know. I will definitely use them again. Armando thanks again for all your help.”

“Armando and his team were reliable, very communicative and had great customer service. They did meticulous work, cleaned up all of the mess, and hauled off the old fence. I found them because they did a great job for my neighbor. Highly recommend.”

“Trimmed some crepe myrtles for us and replaced a section of wood privacy fence plus a gate. Fence looks great. Efficient workers, fair price, cleaned up and hauled away all debris. Good communication. Would definitely recommend for both tree and fence needs.”

“Southtex Fence & Tree is the very good company. Reliable. Even he was very busy, but Mr. Armando worked very hard to install the fence as emergency on the holiday December 24, 2025. Thank you so much for your hard work. I'm highly recommend his business.”

“I have used SouthTex several times . Armando and his team are very professional and very reasonable price . I like giving my business to local companies . Armando replaced my damaged fence after Hurricane Beryl and I will definitely use him again if the need arises.”

“Sent a request for a quote on their website and got a quick reply from Armando. They were able to come out and fix a small fence that blew down. Worked quickly, and didn't leave a mess. They also took care of all of the rotted wood and broken boards that were on the ground. Would use them again!”

“I needed a small gate replaced as part of my fence, and I was honestly shocked by how difficult it was to find someone willing to take on a job this size. Several companies either wouldn’t take it at all or quoted extremely high prices, saying they’d need to bring out a full crew. Southtex fence was the complete opposite. Communication was clear and professional from the start, they scheduled the job quickly, and the price was very fair. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent — the gate looks great and functions perfectly. I’m very happy with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work, especially if you have a smaller project that other companies won’t touch.”

“Wanted to replace our old chain link fence (with trees and shrubbery growing in it) with a wood fence. There quote process was quick and efficient, and they gave me very reasonable price. They were the only company willing to handle the trees and fence together. The work was beyond our expectations! They did such a fantastic job, removing the old fence, grinding a stump down, and the new fence looks so beautiful. I did not know I could be so excited about a fence, but here I am! They cleaned up after and left with a very happy customer. I strongly recommend Southtex Fence & Trees!”

“Excellent Job and a Fair Price. 4 gentlemen came out to trim my huge ash tree. They were able to remove several overgrown areas on the tree to even it out. Removed all the debris and was super careful not to damage my plants and yard art around the tree. They also made a repair to gate. Very Professional and knowledgeable.”

“I called Armando Friday morning and he gave me a quote over the phone. I asked him if he could come by just to make sure everything was what we discussed. He came by that afternoon and we agreed on price for the work for a new Cedar picket fence. It was exactly what we he quoted me over the phone. Armando and his crew showed up the next morning and did an excellent job with quality materials at a great price. I would highly recommend using Armando and Southtex Fence if you live in the Sagemont area.”

“I highly recommend Southtex for tree services. They removed a tree and some broken off limbs for $500 less than what another company quoted me. It was a no brainer. They hauled everything away and did not leave any mess. I would use Southtex again in a heartbeat. They are professional and trustworthy.”

“Southtex did an excellent job designing and installing a fortified chain link fence around the A/C condensing units at my business. I am very satisfied with the results.”

“Great job! Highest praise regarding the job that Southtex did on our neighborhood’s perimeter iron fence repair/replacement project. Armando worked through a very long process of planning and negotiating to meet our needs and at a price we could afford. Armando was very professional throughout the process, transparent when discussing our options, and always responded in a timely fashion. When the time came to complete the project, he and his team showed up on time, worked tirelessly during extremely hot conditions, cleaned up after each day of work, and the finished product is exactly as ordered…if not better. I highly recommend Armando and his team at Southtex Fence & Trees LLC.”

“Quote was quick and per my scope. No upsell or pushy promotional tactics. Scheduling was well communicated, job start was on time and completed sooner than estimated. Quality of work, job completion, & cleanup was first-class in every way. Jose R. Peña”

“A big wind came to our house and blew down a portion of our fence. We looked up on Nextdoor who to call and Texas Fencing and Trees came up. So we called them. Just excellent. Said what they were going to do, how they would do it, and gave a fair price. I highly recommend them. So does Nextdoor in our area.”

“Armando and team were great to work with. They were so helpful in brainstorming ideas for our backyard and deck to make things safe for our kids around the pool. Highly recommend for any custom needs!”

“Could not be more pleased with their estimate and work completed today on my fence. Very professional, looks great and completely cleaned up after it was finished. They did not stop until total work was complete. I would definitely have Southtex do all my fence replace/repair in the future and recommend them to anyone.”
