ForSure Fence Builder - Installation & Replacement

ForSure Fence Builder handles fencing installation and replacement work in Pearland, Texas. Lamont West runs the company and takes charge of bids and oversight on jobs that range from new fence builds to repairs on existing structures. Specific services include erecting 4 ft safety fences around parks and pools, installing pier fencing with railings and multiple gate entries, restoring and straightening perimeter fences near lakes by adding base rails, and replacing backyard fences that border neighboring properties.

Customers have described projects that cover storm damage repairs after events like Hurricane Nicholas, where posts were swapped and sections rebuilt quickly. Other jobs involved shared backyard fences with architectural designs agreed on by multiple owners, new gates, and community fencing that included safety barriers and railing work. Positive outcomes often featured sturdy construction and clean sites with debris hauled away. A few reviews noted projects that ran longer than the initial timeline, with materials arriving in stages and some follow-up on leaning sections or incomplete portions requiring extra coordination.

Reviewers mention Lamont arriving the same day for property walks and needs assessments, with estimates sent within two days and supplies ordered soon after. Crews have finished certain installs in a single day while others stretched over a week or more. Pricing is described as competitive and fair compared to other bids in the area. The company focuses on the Pearland area with some work extending into nearby Houston spots. Communication includes direct texts even outside normal hours in several cases, though a small number of reviews cite periods without replies and challenges getting promised repairs completed.

The business holds a Google rating of 4.4 from 42 reviews. Recurring topics cover solid materials and build quality along with Lamont's direct involvement, set against occasional comments on completion speed and post-install support. DIRT Score 3.8 from N reviews on Finds.

“Lamont bid on several projects for our community Autumn Lake. Not only did he get all the bids, his company did an amazing job with great results. We highly recommend ForSure Fence Builders both new fencing and fence repairs. They built us several new 4 ft safety fences in our park, they built us pier fencing / railing with several gate entry's and they did a remarkable job restoring, straightening and adding base-rails on our parameter fence by our lake (see pics) He had the very best prices and quality seems to be his trademark. The fact Lamont is a genuinely good guy with a great attitude is a bonus :)”

“Hired them because they said they could get the fence done the soonest. We spoke in early March and said we needed the fence done by Mid-March. It is May 1st, the fence is not even half way complete. They haven't even delivered all the material necessary to complete the fence. Texts and emails have gone 2 weeks without responses, even though they said we were the "highest priority". After notifying Mr. West that we would be taking him to small claims court to recover the rest of our deposit so that we can finish the work and buy the remaining materials someone dropped off 30 wood planks and left. Still about 100 planks, 100' of hog panel, 2 posts, 2 10' gates and 1 4' gate short of what we agreed to. This is after they "accidentally" invoiced us for an extra $1500 for materials because there was an internal miscommunication. I'm furious enough, I can't imagine how I'd be if I had trusted them and paid the extra cost for materials without verifying their work. They also left a ridiculous amount of garbage on our property and got a truck stuck in our front yard leaving two holes where they spun the tires before I had to pull them out. *I'll update if they refund without going to cour”

“Wonderful experience. The new fence is beautiful and well built. Lamont worked with us and our backyard neighbors to give us both what we wanted. We both have an architectural design. They left our yard clean and removed all debris. I am very satisfied with the quality of work, responsiveness to our questions and the scheduling.”

“Great company! I called For Sure in the afternoon and LaMont came same day to assess my needs. We walked the property together and picked out the best fence to meet my needs. He sent me an estimate within two days and ordered supplies quickly. My fence was installed just a few weeks later and it looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier.”

“ForSure Fence Builder is awesome!! If you don't get your fence replaced with them, you'll regret it. Their workmanship, quality, and pricing is remarkable and I am extremely impressed with LaMont's team. LaMont is a great person to work with and easy to talk to...so professional and concerned about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction...highly recommending this company to anyone getting a new fence and have told many friends and family members about them..they are the best! If I could have given 6 stars, I would have.”

“I had a fence put in around three years ago. It went fine, the fence looked good and they got it installed in a timely manner. However, over the course of three years the fence started to lean. I reached out to them personally to see if they would repair it, which they said they would. After months of trying to get them to fix it, they've now just ghosted me. On three different occasions LaMont has said that he would come fix it. He never has. The fence is leaning so badly that the back gate won't close. I'm having to pay somebody else to come fix their work. I wouldn't give this company my business again. They don't stand by their work and are quick to ignore you.”

“For Sure Fence Builder is a 1st class operation that’s locally owned and operated here in Pearland. From the moment I reached out to them, they put me at ease with my project of replacing a fence in my backyard that I shared with other neighbors. Lamont is not only the utmost professional who is determined to do a 5 star job, but is also a classy guy. The job they did exceeded expectations and I definitely recommend them for your fencing needs. Nathan”

“Thanks LaMont Great job!! Awesome Crew!! While I was out of town a storm came through and took out a lot of fences in our area, I had received several bids on my own and from my 3 adjacent neighbors who were taking bids also. The 1st think I noticed was before I received a quote and considered awarding the job he was kind enough to put up a safety fence seeing that I have a in ground pool in my yard without being asked. I received his quote the following day and was at a fair rate while some of the others was trying to take advantage of the situation our area was in. Once they arrived to start the work LaMont was here to insure the crew knew exactly what was to be done, they where very professional and very helpful they did a great job, my fence looks GREAT and they hauled everything away and not just stack it on the curb like a lot of them have done in our subdivision. Diffidently Five Stars”

“Very professional and outstanding work. Mr Lamont was very responsive and courteous during all of our contact. We were out of town for the final portion and unable to walk things out before completing payment and he was very understanding and patient. “Hurricane Nicholas blew down a large portion of my fence. On top of that we had the house up for sale. Lamont had the guys out the next day after I called him, had posts replaced and fence up and better than before. What impressed me is he didn't try to sell me more than I needed, the price was right and the speed and timelyness it was done.”
