Morales Fence

Morales Fence provides fencing services from its base in Pearland, Texas. Luis Morales runs the operation and focuses on installations and replacements for chain link, metal, and double sided styles across Houston, South Houston, and nearby communities such as Pasadena and Sugar Land. The company handles projects that include moving existing fences to expand yard space and completing full replacements on longer runs like eighty five foot sections.

Customers report hiring the crew for metal fence installs at homes in Houston, chain link setups in remote spots without power access, and fence moves that added usable backyard area. Luis and his team completed these tasks with sturdy results that held up well, often finishing in a single day while addressing issues like gate springs to meet inspection needs. Reviewers noted the work exceeded what other bids proposed and produced clean outcomes even after events like a prior tornado.

The crew responds to requests the same day with quotes and estimates, then keeps projects on schedule through clear updates and site visits to confirm scope before ordering materials. Pricing comes in as lump sum bids that cover labor and supplies at competitive levels, with the team maintaining tidy work areas and returning if needed to finish details. Service stays limited to the Houston region and surrounding cities listed on the business profile.

Most reviews highlight the quality of the finished fences, the speed of the work, and the fair costs, though one review states that promises were not kept. Topics that appear often include the crew finishing on time, leaving no mess, and delivering reliable communication from start to end.

“Luis Morales and his crew replaced our 85 foot - 8 foot double sided fence this week. Luis was very prompt and did an excellent job. His workmanship was outstanding and his price was very fair.. I would highly recommend Luis Morales if you have any outdoor fencing needs..”

“Morales Fence was extremely timely in responding to our request, getting us estimates and finishing the job as promised. We were also extremely impressed by the quality of the work done.”

“Morales Fence recently (Oct 2024) completed a chain link fence project for us, and we are exceptionally satisfied with their work. They provided the most competitive bid and undertook the project on a lump-sum basis, covering both labor and materials. After conducting a comprehensive site visit to verify the scope, they procured high-quality materials from a trusted supplier and executed the installation with impressive craftsmanship. What truly distinguishes Morales Fence is their dedication to exceeding expectations. Despite the challenges posed by the remote location, which lacked electricity, they completed the project on schedule and within the agreed budget. Luis Morales, the owner and manager, personally oversees daily operations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and seamless execution. Unlike many contractors, they refrained from proposing unwarranted change orders or additional costs. We wholeheartedly recommend Morales Fence for any future projects, confident in their professionalism and commitment to excellence.”

“This was the best experience I could have asked for. First they had the best prices in our area (we were quoted by 3 other companies ) they did a very professional job. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always easy to get ahold of. The fence itself is beautiful and they had previously redone two sides of the fence from the tornado that came through in 2023. They also offered to haul off all materials and they cleaned up and left the yard more beautiful and even then before. I can’t not say enough good things about this company. We will recommend them forever!”
