Premier Image Roofing & Construction LLC

Premier Image Roofing & Construction LLC works out of Porter, Texas, with Victor running the operation. The company takes on fencing jobs as one of its services along with roofing and remodeling work at homes in the area. Victor handles estimates and scheduling while crews carry out the actual tasks like fence repairs, gate replacements, roof replacements, and floor remodels. The business lists itself under roofing but also covers fence contractor and remodeler categories.

Reviews describe specific jobs such as fixing old fences and gates, installing new fencing at reasonable cost, replacing entire roofs in a single day, and remodeling first floors or handling repairs on previous owner work. One customer reported paying for leveling on two properties only to learn later the work had not been done right, after which Victor explained the employee lacked transportation and was no longer with the company so the fixes could not be completed. Other jobs mentioned include gutter installation after a roof project and kitchen updates that turned out well.

Victor responds to calls for estimates within a few days and adjusts around customer schedules or weather delays like rain. Crews show up on time, finish most roofing and fence work before sundown the same day they start, and handle cleanup afterward. Communication stays steady through the process, with Victor explaining materials and steps especially when insurance paperwork is involved. Service covers local properties and extends to repeat visits for additional repairs.

The listed reviews give the company a 4.6 rating overall, with repeated notes on speed, professionalism from Victor, and solid results on fences and roofs. Several customers say they would call again for future projects after seeing the work completed on time and within the quoted scope.

“I am highly disappointed in the work and customer service provided by this company. I had leveling work done on 2 properties which I paid in full thinking the work was done correctly. When the contractors came in to give me estimates, I was told the leveling was not done correctly and still needed to be done in order for the remodeling process to begin. I contacted Victor, the owner, with my concerns and he told me the employee he had doing the leveling did not have transportation to go address and fix the areas (mulitple on each property) of concern. Later I was told that the employee was no longer working with this company and the work was not going to be able to get done. I then requested a refund as I was left having to hire a company to do the work that Premier Image Roofing and Construction could not do. The owner asked me to send proof of this for a refund. I sent proof: an estimate, an estimate that was done that SAME DAY that Premier Image Roofing and Construction "finished" their leveling work on both properties. How in that same day did both properties shift?! The new estimate even had actual measurements showing how far off the leveling was on each room in each property”

“Victor did a wonderful jb doing pur fence at a reasonable price. i would recommend him to anyone”

“Service was exceptional, fast & efficient. When given the quote, he showed material and gave recommendations, explained the entire process as I needed to go through my insurance and I greatly appreciate that. The day they got started, the crew was on time and the job was done in one day, before sundown! Communication was first class, I definitely recommend them. I used them again a few weeks after to install gutters, that was also a good experience. Quick and Cost efficient.”
