“These guys did an excellent job on my mom’s fence, so we had them come out and replace. Ours along with our side gate earlier this year. The fence is still looking amazing and we are so impressed with their work. Originally we asked if they could redo our gate using our existing hardware / frame but it ended up not supporting the gate over time but that really wasn’t their fault. When I reached out to the owner Dale to see what our options were many months later he came out to look at it and we decided to go ahead and replace the whole thing. He listened to our concerns about The way we wanted to post to be attached to the house and what we didn’t want, and he listened to all of our concerns and desires for the new gate and the following week he sent out Zac to redo the gate and it looks fantastic!! We are so grateful Dale was responsive and willing to work with us when our hardware we tried to reuse failed and for the quick turn around time. “My fence was placed on August 12th, 2024 completed on August 13th, 2024. On March 9th, 2025 I noticed that my fence was starting to lean and I sent an email to Dale regarding this issue. His response was, “Good morning. From that picture I can't tell anything. But we can come out and look. The age of a fence has nothing to do with if it leans. We've had big rains and very hard winds. Those winds shake the fence back and forth in the mud. Stick your finger in a cup of sand and move it back and forth,, that's the same thing that happens with a fence post. Again, I'll come by and see what it looks like. If it's an install problem, we'll fix it. If it's a mother nature problem,, A fence is no different than a roof. If you had a new roof put on and 7 months later a hail storm hit it, it wouldn't be the fault of the roofer.” mind you this company did the fence for 3 of my surrounding neighbors and none of theirs were leaning from the “high” winds and “heavy” rain we had received. They were very skilled and worked well to get the job done in one day. Dale was helpful as we made our decision and easy to get a hold of. “Had my full backyard done within the last year and the gaps between the slats are big enough to stick my fingers up to my knuckles through the gaps in several spots. I was told that it’s wood and it does that, and it is what it is. The last privacy fence I had was also wood, old wood, but I could not see through the gaps at all. I mean zero visibility which meant PRIVACY. I also had to pick up all of the screws they dropped and so much metal from the chain link fence they removed as to not damage my lawn equipment. They also left a foot or so gap between the chain link fences at the back and on the other side of my yard instead of removing them. When this was mentioned, I was told it was because the neighbors had dogs. I could’ve easily spoken with my neighbors to have them remove their dogs from the backyard for a few hours. Now I have to figure out how to kill any weeds or other growths in that space. Wish I had gone with one of the other quotes and I am sure I’ll have to have a real fence company come out to correct these wrongs. If you choose to use this business, good luck and enjoy your not so privacy fence.”

“very unprofessional company and charged way too much for what was done. First time they came out the fences were installed crooked... more of a zig zag pattern. The gates I requested were not put in where i asked or the right size. they also cut my brand new down spouts where they installed the gate in the wrong place. Second time they came out they kind of fixed the un-even fence lines and then left holes in my concrete where they had to move fence post and then put on a cheap piece of down spout that they spray painted on the house. The over spray is all over my brand new brick and concrete. The third time they came out was to replace the downspout with the correct piece and to get the overspray off of the brick and concrete. There is STILL OVERSPRAY on my new brick and new concrete that will not come off. They did not offer any discount from this damage instead they threatened to file a lien on my house if they did not get the full payment for the crappy work.”

“The owner, Dale, is incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. I have never experienced this type of behavior. There are plenty of great companies out there that will be a much better option than Affordable Fence OK. Dale cussed and hung up on me twice while trying to discuss issues with him drilling the fence post into our sprinkler system. This was after us paying in full for the installation and dealing with his own staffing issues during the process. Again, there are some great companies out there so I would go with them.”
