TM Fencing, LLC

TM Fencing, LLC handles fencing work in Redmond. The company puts up wood privacy fences, wrought iron, chain link and vinyl for homes and commercial properties. Tane runs the crew that takes on these installs, along with Jamie and Sandra handling the office side and scheduling. They cover both small repairs and full fence jobs across residential yards and business sites.

Homeowners call them for new privacy fences made of wood or cedar, metal gates, and wrought iron setups that hold up over time. Some needed gate fixes after damage or quick punch list work after the main install. Others had tall rod iron fences with oversized gates or vinyl around commercial spots like a surgery center. Reviews note the crew measured property lines, worked with city rules and HOAs, and finished jobs even when rain pushed timelines back a bit. Tane and the team also handled sod work in one case and kept yards clean during tear outs and new builds.

They show up fast for estimates, often within days of a call, and finish most projects in a week or two. Prices land lower than other bids customers checked. Communication stays steady from both the field crew and office staff about any shifts from weather or materials. The work covers South Central Kansas with crews that arrive on time, respect the property, and wrap up without leaving a mess. Tane steps in personally on follow ups like gate repairs the next day after a mower hit.

Reviews give steady credit for solid builds, fair costs and quick responses, with a Google rating of 4.6 from 69 reviews. Topics that come up again include professional crews, lasting results on wood and metal fences, and no issues with cleanup or timing. DIRT Score 4.2 from reviews on Finds.

“We had a fantastic experience working with TM Fencing LLC for our recent fence installation. Tane was absolutely great to deal with from the very start. We had so many questions throughout the process, and he patiently and thoroughly answered every single one of them to make sure we were comfortable. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other options. Furthermore, Jamie and Sandra provided stellar customer service on the logistics side. They were incredibly communicative, keeping us promptly updated whenever timelines had to shift due to weather or material changes. It is rare to find a team where both the field service and the office communication are this seamless. I highly recommend them for any fencing needs!”

“My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of our fence and it is exactly what we expected! Even my dog is happy. If you are looking for a local fencing company I highly recommend TM Fencing!”

“Great job, as professional as it gets. On time, clean, straight fence, high quality work. I had a metal fence, and some cedar fencing. Nice heavy metal framed gates. Jamie was great at understanding what I wanted.”

“Had a wrought iron fence installed and we are very happy with it. It looks great, their guys did a great job installing it, and their prices were competitive. I did have a few punch list items to address after the install, and they took care of them quickly. Would definitely recommend.”

“TM Fencing laid our sod and they did a super job. The owner and his crew were hard workers, polite, and knew what they were doing. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our plans. Would definitely recommend!”

“TM Fencing is the best! Tane and his crew are always on time and get the job done quickly. They installed my fence five years ago, and it is still looking good and as solid as ever. Recently, when my gate took a hit from the mower, they got it repaired and looking new in short order. If you need fence work, TM Fencing is the team to call.”

“We wanted a solid, wood privacy fence to stand the test of time, and from all the high-quality work at every phase TM Fencing did we couldn't be happier with the results. They worked with the city/utils and our HOA quickly and effectively, and once work began it was finished in about a week total and only took that long on account of rain delays. Friendly reps, great preparations, communication, planning, and execution. Earned the 5 stars here in Wichita, KS, and our family looks forward to enjoying the new fenced-ini backyard for years to come.”

“Excellent fence. Great customer service. Very responsive and accommodating to our needs!”

“TM Fencing is the way to go! Reasonably priced, grade A work. They replaced our privacy fence and we are beyond happy! They were on time, professional, open communication. The workers on their team cleaned up the yard very well when finished tearing out our old fence, and when new installed. They went above and beyond! We’re very pleased, and will gladly recommend them to anyone asking about needing fencing done!”

“TM Fencing did excellent work for our Surgery Center regarding a vinyl fence! Great craftsmanship and very easy to work with. Delivered a great, affordable product on time--WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN!”

“TM Fencing does great work for a great price. Our fence looks amazing and was completed on time. Even had a gate issue later on and Tane fixed the issue the next day. I would highly recommend.”

“Tane and his entire crew & staff are awesome! TM Fencing built my tall rod iron fence with an oversized gate and it's held up really well. They did things properly from the beginning, from knowing where to dig, to the installation to the follow up. Everyone I came in contact with was a pleasure to work with and the fence is beautiful.”

“I called about 8 different fencing companies and TM fencing LLC gave me the best price out of all bids. I have a larger size yard.Other companies told me it would be 4-6 weeks before they could start on my fence. Tane and his team came out with in less than 2 weeks and installed and finished my fence super fast. They are professional, very responsive about any questions respectful of property and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They deserve more than 5 stars.”

“These people are the best. On time, trustworthy and professional. No nonsense fence measure and install quality products. Would highly recommend and use again.”

“I think the picture says it all! Tane at TM fencing llc was a professional and responds quickly. He came out 3 days after I called and measured. He quotes fairly and got the job done quickly. The fence was up and done in 3 weeks from the time I called. I would highly recommend their services!”

“They did approximately 200sqft privacy fences with metal posts and great quality pickets, with two gates in an incredible two days of work!!! And nothing to complain about the clean and fine work done!”

“Tane and his team truly impressed us with their exceptional work on our fence! Not only did they offer a fair price, but the quality of their craftsmanship surpassed all our expectations. They completed the project in just a day, whereas it would have taken us a week or more to attempt it ourselves (and let's face it, it wouldn't have turned out as beautifully and the gates actually work). The investment was absolutely worthwhile. We're delighted that there are no visible posts from the inside, making it nearly as aesthetically pleasing on the inside as it is on the outside, if not even better.”

“Jamie and Tane have been extremely great to work with. They put up a beautiful rod iron fence at my house not only once, but twice due to us putting in a pool. Their crew was on point as well.”

“We had a great experience with TM fencing! They recently put in a new cedar privacy fence in our backyard and it looks amazing. They are easy to communicate with, flexible, efficient, and do high quality work. And to top it off their prices are very reasonable”

“We had a great experience with TM Fencing, they were prompt to come do the estimate, carefully measured, found our property line, AND came in at our lowest estimate. Jamie and the team communicated with us the whole way thru the process! We now have a beautiful wrought iron fence in our backyard! Highly recommend.”
