The cost would have been 2250. But I didn't feel good about that because my door was in good shape. I got on my phone to look up garage repairs. Bills Garage Door popped up(Express Garage Door Repair)with great reviews and they are local and Family Owned. I called and set up an appointment. Mike came out and showed me the problem and it wasn't that I needed a new garage door just springs due to wear and tear. He didn't try to sell me anything else like the other guy did. So yes I know this is a long post but well worth it. Mike was done quickly and everything works smoothly. So yeah any garage issues I will be calling them and no one else. Also great prices that won't put you in the poor house.”

“Beware of the unethical business practices of this company! We had a family emergency Sunday (6/2/2024)- in the realm of events- my husband accidentally backed into the garage doors last panel (it was almost open just rolling up on its last panel) see the picture just a dent on the last panel. We called in this company for service and were advised it would be free estimate! Had 2 technicians call us- each unaware of the other (which makes me think they are contracting with independent contractors) I decided to go with the first one "D" who called us. The service technician "D" came in an hour- completely clueless and unknowledgeable on how to fix the door! - Mind you it was just the last panel the entire door was not damaged. In 10 minutes he said the entire garage door is damaged and I have to replace it! He started upselling me, calling his "supervisor" and when I refused as he was quoting me extremely outrageous pricing on a new door he got agitated! He started creating an invoice with the new door price even when I was not agreeing. He then went on to say that if "I paid CASH and went through him directly and skipped ordering through this company" he would give me a "great pric”
