“We hired Spire to remodel our master bathroom. The project manager came out nearly every day to check the progress of the work. Thank you to everyone that worked on the project. Well done! We love the results!”

“Strong winds knocked down my fence, but by early morning, it was fully restored, with missing panels replaced. As a single mother, I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. I highly recommend them for any construction needs!”

“The guys at Spire Construction are the best in the business. They'll do everything from fixing a doorknob to building you a new home. Great communication from start to finish and they take the time and effort to address even the smallest details. Great company and will definitely use them again!”

“I have worked with Spire Construction with Josh and several of his colleagues on several projects, from outdoor kitchens to retaining walls to customized fencing and they always do an amazing job! They can do just about any construction, remodel, or outdoor project and I highly recommend them!”

“The Spire team did a great job remodeling our kitchen. We love the results. Tony was very easy to work with and responsive, keeping us uptodate on progress. As is typical for this type of project we discovered a few “surprises” along the way but the team was able to fix them.”

“These guys were great! Everyone is extremely personable and helpful! We had some serious issues to repair an old fire place and Luke really came through resolving everything. Shout out to Ryan and Elliott, too, for running a great company!”

“Highly recommend for quality of work. Spire is the only GC we trust with our projects - they've renovated our master plus bath, done work in our kitchen, all new hardwood floors in the home, and installed new roof. They are currently building a playroom addition and have been impeccable from start to finish in answering questions, transparency in pricing, offering creative options and solutions to stay within budget. They leave our home clean & safe, after every work day. The Spire team is a pleasure to work with and every sub has been very respectful.”

“Excellent company to work with. From start to finish with our home renovation Spire has been awesome. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and skillful staff. We are so pleased with the work they did to transform our home. It turned out so beautifully and is exactly what we wanted. So many people at Spire played a roll in this project and we are grateful for each of them. Especially our guy Tony!! You are incredible. Thank you, Spire for giving us our dream home.”

“Our project started due to a leaking shower and involved a lot of dealing with insurance company. Right from the start, Spire was very helpful at explaining the process and procedures and interfacing with insurance. Tony was our foreman when we got started on the remodel and was patient, knowledgeable, and well-organized for each step of our project. We didn't choose this project (the leak was an emergency and we were referred Spire from a family member) but are very pleased with the high quality of the work and the good price for the excellent work done by Tony and his teams. We also had Justin help troubleshoot an unrelated leveling and draining issue in the backyard, and couldn't be happier with his expertise and feedback.”

“Spire added a full bathroom upstairs for us and put in all new flooring. We love having another bathroom and it and our flooring look gorgeous. Tony was our contractor and he was so wonderful and responsive. He and Jason both were so kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend Spire and will definitely use them again if we do more work.”

“We have had Spire do several projects for us at our older home and they have always been responsive and professional, as well as doing very good work. I confidently give their name out when friends are needing work done at the house.”

“We were left with a crack between the tub and tile. We pretty much worked with Luke. When we had an issue, we were always told it's on Ryan's desk to take care of. Of course, we didn't really hear much from Ryan until we owed the last payment (1700ish of a 15,000 job). We asked for this to be fixed before paying the last payment he threatened to take us to court but said to make the payment, and he would take care of it. Of course, a few weeks later, he said that wasn't his company's responsibility.... Yes thats there tile work.”

“They fixed my tile in guest bathroom it was so easy they helped with tile choice, clearing old tile out to laying new tile in less than a week 48. Awesome work The easy of working with them was so nice will use them again”

“I hired Spire Construction and Remodeling for two projects last year: a small guest full bathroom remodel and a powder room update. The scope included new floor tile, tub, toilet, countertop, painting, and a custom storage cabinet. Spire originally quoted 3-5 weeks, but the work took over 7 weeks to complete. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to request updates on both costs and scheduling. For example, I only received a revised quote after I asked about discrepancies in material costs. The tile work was generally well done, but the floor tiles in the guest bathroom were not installed in a straight line from the entry door to the tub, which is noticeable. Painting was completed without proper ventilation or safety precautions. The subcontracted plumbers were the biggest issue: it took multiple visits to get the tub installed correctly, and one of the new toilets still does not flush properly after a year. I paid another plumbing company to run a camera through the drain lines and confirmed there are no issues with the pipes. I reported these problems to Spire during the project, but they never followed up or offered to resolve them after final payment. I have since compl”

“The Spire team does incredible work, they did an amazing master bathroom remodel, later helped us deal with insurance and get a new roof, and they remodeled our living room and put in amazing ceiling beams. Can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Spire Roofing has been amazing! My new roof looks fantastic, they helped identify some major issues I had no clue about that were on the brink of causing damage to the interior of my home, and made sure the repairs were completed perfectly. Nothing about dealing with insurance claims is fun, but they made the process as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend them for your roofing and restoration needs.”

“Spire is nearing completion of a 400 sq ft back porch extension that has come together nicely. Tony, Jason, and Josh are easy to work with and my wife and I have been impressed with each of the crews at the different stages of construction. We recommend Spire and would use them again.”

“Just had Spire Construction & Remodeling do a tub to shower conversion on my guest bathroom. They were referred to me by 3 different people who had no connection to one another, so that right there says a lot. I am absolutely AMAZED by the quality of their work and very reasonable costs. Ryan, Luke and Tony were all great to work with. Always responsive and kept me up to speed on the entire process. They have gained a customer for life and I cannot wait for my master shower to begin. Thank you very much for a job that completely exceeded my expectations.”

“Josh Pearson came to my house and reviewed my requirements. This was a small job compared to many they have I am sure, but it was done well and timely and efficiently. I will use them again when the time comes. Pricing very reasonable.”
