“DO NOT RECOMMEND - Horrible Customer Service Do not use if you need an urgent repair. Honestly, do not use period. Overpriced, unresponsive and overall rude customer service. Took 2 weeks to get a return call to set up estimate and over another week for estimate to happen. Then once invoice was shared and work was approved Hogue was unresponsive for over 3 weeks and work was never scheduled. I called and cancelled the work after an 5th email attempt to get work scheduled was ignored. Only email response I received was a rude comment back ("We won't come") acknowledging my cancellation. Which confirmed they do in fact receive emails but choose to ignore. Horrible experience. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“Ok, I don’t understand the bad reviews. I dealt with James, the owner. He’s honest, far, and not a here today, gone tomorrow sub-contractor. I waited three months so I can assure you. His cedar fence is awesome! Makes my neighbor’s pine fence (six weeks old and already looking gnarly) look cheap. I paid more, sure, but I got more—looks, years, and better service. And he got the neighbors on two sides to all pay fair share without me talking to them. Professional and I will ONLY use him in the future for my last little section (saving up now, James!)!
