“I was in need of a new fence and reached out to Casey at All American. Their pricing was reasonable and out bid 2 other companies I reached out to. I was able to get on their schedule quickly and the work was great all done in one day. Ruben was very particular about his work and it shows. While they did offer to stain the fence, I chose to take it on myself. We are very happy on how everything came together. I did decide to do another side of my fence a few days later and once again they knocked it out of the park. I will recommend to my friends.”

“We got our entire Fence replaced on all sides for $5k with the back fence being 8ft instead of 6ft due to our hill. I love that they tapered the side fences to meet the ends of the 8ft fence. However, we paid for staining as well. The fence was stained the wrong color so they tried to restrain over it in the color that I asked for and the color did not take well. It rained a week later and now it looks likes there’s no color at all. It took them two days to replace the entire fence which was fine but I didn’t appreciate having to reach out multiple times to get a status update since the left the first day without saying anything. I’d still recommend them but could use better stain and communication.”

“I had a great experience. Max’s estimate was incredibly thorough. He answered all of my questions and asked questions that the other company didn’t. Communication was easy. He answered every text, proactively kept me informed, and always asked if I had questions. Reuben and his crewmate were prompt (early!), hardworking, and very kind. I felt like they were respectful of my property and me. Max and Reuben made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. Besides the new fence, they also repaired an existing gate. “Firstly, the work that was done was fantastic. The crew was quick, efficient and very organized. I've posted pictures of the end result; I couldn't ask for more in regards to the work. The gate looks like its a 3D rendering, unreal. And the price was the best around. As far as the communication went, in the beginning it was pretty non-existent after the initial contact for the quote. After not hearing from them after receiving a quote, I wrote a 1-Star review because they'd seemingly fell off the face of the earth after I'd accepted the invoice and work agreement. This was quite vexing for obvious reasons, and plus my existing gate was sagging so far, it didn't have long until it was completely ruined. After some time, this review initiated communications again. And after some apologies and new terms, we have, of course a great outcome. “The sales pitch was great, but everything after the sale was an absolute nightmare. What should have been a simple weekend fence installation turned into an almost six-week ordeal. I regret accepting this bid on a daily basis. The Irrigation Nightmare (and Ghosting) During the fence installation, the crew severely damaged my irrigation system, cracking several pipes and cutting multiple wires. Based on what I observed, this was the direct result of careless excavation, negligent concrete pouring, and a complete lack of attention to where utilities were located. The Ghosting: When I brought this to the foreman Lalo's attention, he insisted his own contractor inspect and repair the damage while he supervised. I took PTO from work to be present. On the scheduled day, Lalo never showed up, never notified anyone, and ignored calls from both me and his own contractor. DIY Repairs: The contractor and I ultimately spent nearly eight hours (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) repairing the backyard ourselves. Even then, one zone didn't work and the front yard had no pressure. They blamed "poor original wiring" and "faulty sprinkler heads" (on 30 heads simultaneously that worked perfectly before the fenc”

“We had used Casey for a fence project and then used him to build a pavilion. He contracted out the build and overall it is constructed well but then Casey’s stain crew screwed it up. They used the wrong stain and it overall looked unfinished. We had to pay them before the stain was done so we did not realize the finished product would look so bad. He said he would make it right but then didn’t show up and won’t return our calls.We have had to spend $3400 more to have their mistake fixed. Do not use this company.”
