“We had a wonderful experience with Capitol Roofing & Construction LLC. About 3yrs ago our previous insurance denied our claim twice (with a different contractor). This time around, we were very skeptical if the claim was gonna go through. First inspection was denied, and we had lost hope. But Justin and his team fought the insurance, and they got it approved! The job was done in a very timely and professional matter. Justin was very helpful in explaining the process and answering our questions and concerns. We're very pleased and thankful with the job they did. We highly recommend Capitol Roofing & Construction LLC any of your roofing need.”

“Capitol Roofing provided the best experience I could have asked for when assisting my family with hail damage repair. Josh was my main point of contact and he was fantastic to work with! He was very eager to assist and was available to answer any questions I had. He kept me informed throughout the process and worked hard to make sure everything damaged was covered by the insurance company. If I ever sustain weather damage again or need something done to my house, Josh and Capitol will be my first call!”

“I had a great experience with Capitol Roofing & Construction LLC. The team was professional, responsive, and did excellent work. They made the whole process easy and delivered high-quality results. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.”

“Like other people, we had to fight the insurance company to get our damaged roof, and fence repaired or replaced (3 years). Justin and his crew not only got the claim approved. Did the work in a very timely and professional manner. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“I've had Capitol Roofing complete a few projects and I have been thoroughly impressed every time. Josh and Joel are very easy to get in touch with and always return calls right away. Josh went above and beyond to help with the insurance process and personally got on the roof with the adjuster. The actual work is high quality and the crew was fast and cleaned up the yard really well afterward.”

“Josh Mercer is an exceptional professional who recently repaired our roof, and I cannot be more pleased with his service. From the moment we contacted him, Josh was incredibly helpful and responsive. He promptly scheduled a visit to assess the damage and provided us with a detailed explanation of the repair process. Josh's expertise and efficiency were truly impressive. He completed the roof repair swiftly without compromising on quality. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything was done perfectly was evident throughout the entire process. Moreover, Josh's communication skills are top-notch. He kept us informed every step of the way, explaining the work being done and addressing any concerns we had. His friendly and approachable demeanor made it a pleasure to work with him. I am beyond satisfied with the results of Josh Mercer's work. Our roof looks fantastic, and I have full confidence in its durability and quality. I highly recommend Josh to anyone in need of roof repair or any related services. Thank you, Josh, for your professionalism, expertise, and quick response!”

“These guys are excellent general contractors as well as roofing contractors! We are thrilled with the quality of workmanship and timely completion of our storm damage restoration. Josh with Capitol was our go-to resource. The massive clean-up of two huge downed trees and the devastation they caused was handled with excellence and thoroughness! The new roof is first-class, as is the new fence and the new storage shed. Josh communicated with our insurance company and followed through on every detail. We are so thankful that the Lord led us to Josh and Capitol Roofing and Construction.”

“Great company with excellent service. We had challenges with our insurance company and it took a few months to get the claim approved and through it all Josh and his team were great. We will be using Capitol Roofing & Construction on future projects.”

“Capitol Roofing & Construction replaced my roof and did a great job. Josh was onsite not only for the bidding process but came back to supervise the installation. I did not expect that level of personal attention. The roofers showed up on time and got the job done in one day and cleaned up and hauled everything away. I was very impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.”

“Capital Roofing and Construction LLC is an amazing company. We used them through our insurance for our roof which had storm and hail damage, also gutters, and some interior paint work. Justin was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to calls and texts, made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work done, and very reliable. He made sure all our concerns were handled and would not stop until we were happy with the work. He and his team are very meticulous about their work and take pride in what they do. I will definitely be a returning customer. *****”

“This was an absolutely superb experience. Reviews are one thing, but Josh and his team have proved it and delivered exactly the quality that was promised. It is worth every penny, and we will be using them from now on for all of our construction related needs/repairs. Excellent non-stop communication and integrity, great clean up after the job as promised. 10 stars!!”

“My roof was damaged by wind and hail this last year and Josh Mercer came out the same day I called -to inspect it. He found some damage and I contacted my insurance, who sent their own person to look at it. I noticed that the areas chosen by this person avoided areas I could see damage on, and I took pictures of the markings. I contacted Josh and he came back and re-marked and submitted pictures to my insurance and then came back AGAIN to walk the roof with the adjuster. Needless to say, Josh's presence and knowledge helped convince my insurance there really WAS damage. Not only that, I had a check in hand and the work was scheduled by the next week! I got my roof replaced, my ancient attic fan, my screens and gutters as well. Let me just say that the entire roof, screens and cleanup were done in ONE DAY! Josh was on site overseeing and assisting the crew, which was amazing! The crew covered all the windows and doors with plywood and laid out tarps to protect as much as possible from the debris and also went over the yard several times to clean up. They are conscientious and respectful of the property, and do a beautiful job, pay great attention to detail and use excellent quality ”

“I am so happy we found Capital Roofing and Construction. We previously had a different company come out to replace rotted trim/fascia on the front of the house and we were not happy with the job they did. We contacted Capital Roofing and Construction to give us a quote to redo the bad repairs from the previous company, replace additional rotted trim/fascia and repair squirrel damage. We received a quick response from them and Josh and Aaron were at our house within a couple days to check things out. It was obvious right away they were very knowledgeable and experienced in their trade. The quote they gave us was 100% appropriate given the cost of materials right now and a respectable rate for labor. Aaron used quality materials like pressure-treated wood and he and his colleague had wonderful attention to detail. These guys were troopers and put in as much time as they could over multiple days during one of the hottest summers. They even worked weekends to keep the job timeline on track. They always let us know when they arrived and gave us updates before they left for the day. Aaron always came to show us any issue he found and consulted with Josh so they could let us know our opti”

“On May 30th, my world (and a huge chunk of my home) came crashing down. Straight line winds took out 2 enormous trees in the neighbors yard. When they came down they took our shared fence, my roof, my attached pergola (ripping bricks out of the back wall), damaged my air conditioner, and filled my swimming pool. They also took out the power lines leaving us without electricity for 9 days. Left in the dark, unable to get out my sliding glass door, and with rain pouring through the kitchen ceiling, the panic set in! How was I going to arrange all this work? Where should I even start? All the insurance company said was to get quotes and wait for an adjuster. But with half the city in the same boat, how could I avoid being taken advantage of? Thankfully my sister and BIL had recently done business with Josh Mercer at Capitol Roofing & Construction. I called him the next morning and he was out that afternoon. I cannot BEGIN to express how wonderful this man, and this company are. Josh dealt with my every need with compassion, urgency and professionalism. Capitol got a team to my house immediately to tarp the roof and mitigate any further damage. Josh dealt with my insurance company e”

“The folks at Capitol Roofing are great. Everyone I have dealt with – Justin, Adrian and Kelli, plus some of their other workers – have been thoroughly professional, helpful, courteous and pleasant to deal with. They started with replacing my roof and gutters. They dealt with my insurance company and made that process go very smoothly. When it came to doing the work, they showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and finished when I was told they would. They also handled a separate project in my house, and did another top-notch job on that – plus José and his dad, who did the job, couldn't have been nicer and more conscientious. I recommend them highly and without reservation, and I won't hesitate to call them again if I need to.”

“edit: I had to update my review because I continue to be blown away by this company. I had a water leak Christmas Eve, and they were over at my house very quickly with fans and helping me with water mitigation. After a hail storm recently, one of the caps on a pipe jack had come off. I sent Josh a picture and jokingly asked if it was covered under warranty (it was obviously from recent hail damage.) I kid you not, he was on my roof less than 30 minutes later and had it fixed and didn't charge me a dime. I will absolutely be a customer for life. OUTSTANDING customer service. It has taken me awhile to write this review because I didn’t even know where to begin with the exceptional service I received from Capitol Roofing and Construction and Josh Mercer. Josh went above and beyond to take care of what we needed and made sure it was done to our satisfaction, He even knocked down a wasps nest by my front door for me. I felt like a friend was taking care of us. I initially called them for a leak in my roof that had caused some damage on the inside of my home. I told him we wanted new flooring and painting but needed our roof fixed first. He informed me they could take care of all of it”

“These guys are my go to for any home repair. They do everything, not just roofing. They put on my new roof and replaced my skylight. It looks great. I've had several neighbors comment on it. They did some drywall and ceiling repairs inside the house. They also did an excellent job painting and caulking my a few rooms in my house. I'm going to have them come back to do a bathroom repair and remodel. I'm very happy with their work.”

“Capitol Roofing really went above and beyond for me. Josh was on my rooftop several times during the process of trying to get my insurance company to acknowledge the hail and wind damage. When they finally did, Capitol Roofing had everything prepped and ready to work within the week! Not only did they replace the roof beautifully, but they were also able to replace my badly worn and torn window screens, old damaged gutters, and the attic exhaust fan. The crew was quick, diligent, and took extra care to cover the windows and entries with plywood to protect them from falling debris. They left the area clean and tidy and did just a beautiful job!”

“We engaged Capitol Roofing to blow insulation into the attic space above our garage and to add a ventilator in that area. Josh and team were fantastic! Every service, from the initial walkthrough with Josh, through the insulation and the ventilator installation, was first-rate and communication throughout the project was exceptional. I would highly recommend Capitol Roofing. Thanks.”

“GREAT experience from day 1 to the end of the project with Capitol. Josh was a fantastic guide through the process, and collaborated effectively with our insurance provider. The work crew did a phenomenal job with installation, and accomplished everything in a timely manner.”
