“Very happy with results. Nervous at first since little communication after paying deposit but I had mentioned there was no rush. Once we scheduled the appointment, got the city to come out to mark lines, the crew was came out & had everything done within a day or two. Very friendly & willing to make adjustments to my design while undergoing the project. Very happy!!”

“We had a very challenging and frustrating experience with this company: -they indicated they might be able to start project construction/installation the 3rd week of September 2022, but did not start until February 2023. -the owner said the project would take about 3 weeks to complete; it took over 2 months. -began installation using an out of date draft of the landscape design. For weeks, we had to repeatedly stop the work being done and remind the workers about the correct design. -a few of the workers were dedicated and committed to making sure we were happy with landscape features, but overall the workers were inexperienced. -after the project started, days would come and go where the workers did not show up (this was often not weather related). we didn't know when they would come or not and often had to check with the owner. -the owner often over promised regarding when aspects of the project would be done. -when we asked for a schedule of when and how the work was going to get done, the owner would go silent. -after the project dragged on for months, the company rushed the final walk through, did not leave enough time to complete the punch list, and did not complete the punc”
