Ironwood Fence and Construction Company

Ironwood Fence and Construction Company handles fencing and related work out of San Marcos, Texas. Billy Williams runs the family owned operation with his son. They build custom iron fences and gates, automatic gate systems, cedar fencing, awnings, decks, handrails and do welding work. They serve customers in San Marcos, Austin and the Hill Country.

Customers have had them replace entire fences using metal poles and cedar, install custom iron gates and entry gates, redo backyard fences, put up fences on rough terrain, repair automatic gates, add railings around patios and create unique front yard fences. Billy, Petey and Kedric delivered solid results that hold up well and look good, with some noting the fence added curb appeal to the property. One job involved a large iron fence plus a welded entry gate that finished on schedule. Another covered battery replacement and fixes on a gate installed years earlier.

The crew responds quickly, keeps the jobsite clean, communicates throughout the job and sticks to budgets. They work in the San Marcos area and surrounding spots like Austin and Georgetown. Reviewers say the team stays in touch, comes back to check finished work and handles the projects efficiently without extra mess. Billy and the others also hauled away leftover materials from prior installations when asked.

The business shows a 4.9 rating across reviews. People keep mentioning the quality of the craftsmanship, the honesty of the workers, how hard they work and the good communication.
